弹性支承输流管道固有频率计算

摘    要:本文建立了两端弹性支承输流管模型,导出该模型管道随内流体流速变化的固有振动特性方程,并对上游铰支加扭簧支承,下游铰支的模型进行了计算和实验,计算结果和实验数据吻合较好.结果表明,输流管各阶固有频率随内定常流的流速增加而降低。

Abstract:This paper deals with the computation on the spring-supported pipes conveying constnt fluid.A con-trol equation of the fluid-conveying pipes on spring-support coupled with internal fluid is set up.Accord-ing to 3-D theory of ideal fluid,the dynamic pressure of fluid is given.Because the force of inertia of addi-tional mass of pipes is replaced with the dynamic pressure of fluid,the accuracy of calculated theoretic re-sults has improved.The model which has a simple-support and torsional-support upstream and has a sim-ple-support dowvstream is caculated and experimeted on.The calculation results fit experimental oneswell.Some conclusions have been reached:the increase of constant flow velocity shifts the eigenfrequencyof the model and spring-support greatly influences the eigenfrequency.These concullsions are important inthe design of fluid-conveying pipes and heat-exchanger in practical use.
