| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃黏膜下肿瘤的超声诊断临床价值。方法:通过口服"胃B超快速显像液"充盈胃腔,超声检查结果与手术病理结果对照。结果:胃黏膜下肿瘤超声检查经手术病理确诊符合率为47%,11例胃平滑肌瘤确诊率72.7%。结论:应用超声检查胃黏膜下肿瘤有较高的临床价值,值得进一步研究和推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical value of the ultrasound diagnosis to the tumor under the stomach mucous membrane. Methods:Full the stomach by drinking"FAST DEVELOPLING LIQUID WITH GASTRAL B TYPE ULTRASONIC APPARATUS"to contrast the result by ultrasound exam with the pathology after operation.Results: The tumor under the stomach mucous membrane checked out by ultrasound accord with the truths by the pathology after operations is 47%,and the stomach smooth muscle tumor checked out by ultrasound in 11cases is 72.7% conformed to the truth.Conclusions: There is higher clinical value in dignosing the tumor under the stomach mucous membrane by ultrasound exam.It is worth to be stuied and to be widely used. |
