摘    要:基于PLC的能源设备监控管理系统为三层分布式结构.上层由服务器、工作站、上位机、以太网组成;中间层由带以太网接口的现场控制单元设备PLC组成;底层由传感器、变频器、执行机构、开关设备、分散式I/O等组成.系统软件平台为NT4.0,数据库为SQLServer,工作站采用RSView32组态软件与SQL/ODBC关系数据库连接。上位机同时挂接现场总线或光纤网络,搜索底层设备数据.PLC完成底层设备数据采集、控制、通讯和传感器反馈参数综合分析,并在数据链路层进行数据交换.

Abstract:Energy monitoring and management system based on PLC adopts a three-layer distribution structure. The upper layer is composed of sensor, workstation, host and Ethernet. The middle layer is composed of the field control unit device PLC with Ethernet interfaces. And the bottom layer is composed of sensor, converter, executive component, switch device, distributed I/O, etc. The system software platform is NT4.0, the database is SQLServer and the workstation is connected to the SQL/ODBC database with RSView32 software. The host, upper PC connected with field bus or fiber network simultaneously, is responsible for searching the date of bottom devices. PLC make data acquisition and control of bottom devices, analyzing the feedback parameters of communication and sensor, and the date exchange is carried on in the data chain layer.
