| 摘 要： | 投标策略作为投标取胜的方式、手段和艺术,贯穿于投标竞争的始终,内容十分丰富.在投标与否、投标项目的选择、投标报价等方面,无不包含投标策略.基于资金的时间价值并考虑投标竞争环境的影响,介绍了利用不平衡报价法在工程量清单报价中优化策略.

| Abstract: | As the ways, means and art of bidding victory, the bidding strategy is plenty of substance which passes through the whole bidding competition. It embodies in many aspects such as whether to bid or not, the selection of bidding project, bidding quotation. This writings introduces how to use unbalanced quotation measure to beautify the strategy on the engineering quantity quotation list on the ground of funds value and influences of bidding competition environment. |
