摘    要:介绍了鞍钢9Ni钢的工艺路线和技术特点。采用转炉双联法、LF/VD双渣法及精炼合成渣技术可使钢中有害元素P+S+N+H+O总和平均降低到0.008 4%;采用电磁搅拌、动态二冷和多点矫直技术减少了连铸坯内部和表面缺陷;采用温度为200~300℃的铸坯缓冷和铸坯修磨工艺保证了轧后钢板表面质量。

Abstract:The technological process and characteristics for smelting the 9Ni molten steel in Angang are described. The total content of harmful elements in 9Ni molten steel including P, S, N, H and O is reduced to 0.008 4% after adopting converter duplex steelmaking technique, LF/VD duplex slag technique and synthetic slag technology during refining. For continuous casting, inter-nal defects and on surface defects of continuous casting slabs are reduced by using electric mag-netic stirring technology, dynamic secondary cooling technology and multi -point straightening technology. And at last the surface quality of the steel plate after rolled is guaranteed by using slow slab-cooling technology in the cooling temperature range from 200 ℃ to 300 ℃ and slab grinding technology.
