轮毂电机嵌入式电磁离合器优化与动态分析

摘    要:为了实现微型电动车轮毂电机设计小尺度化提高驻车制动灵敏性提出了一种嵌入式电磁离合器失电制动的新结构并进行了优化和动态分析。基于遗传算法对该电磁离合器结构参数、电磁吸力进行了优化分析优化得到的吸力比优化前的吸力增加了27.6 N;基于有限元方法对该电磁离合器的磁场分布、电流和电磁吸力、衔铁位移随时间变化等动态特性进行了精确计算分析。结果表明采用轮毂电机嵌入式电磁离合器的电磁吸力和动态响应时间能够满足微型电动车驻车制动要求。

Abstract:To reduce the size of wheel motor of micro electric cars and improve the sensitivity of parking brake systema new structure using electromagnetic clutch embedded in wheel motor to brake in lose electric is designedand the electromagnetic clutch is optimized and dynamically analyzed.Based on genetic algorithmelectromagnetic clutch structure parameters are designedand electromagnetic attraction force is optimized.Optimization results show electromagnetic attraction force increases by 27.6 N.Based on the finite element methodthe current curvesuction curve and displacement curve are analyzed.The results show electromagnetic attraction force and dynamic response time both meet the requirement of parking brake of micro electric cars.
