| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨匹多莫德治疗麻疹的临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法：选择2008年6月～2010年5月住院诊治的麻疹患儿76例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组予以抗病毒、预防感染、对症处理等常规治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用匹多莫德分散片0.4 g口服,连续服用1个月。结果：观察组总有效率为92.11%,明显优于对照组73.68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.547,P〈0.05）;观察组在退热时间、咳嗽缓解时间及肺部啰音减少或消失时间三项指标与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;治疗后观察组CD3＋（57.64±2.63）%和CD4＋（34.65±2.44）%较对照组（56.45±2.36）%、（33.52±2.35）%]明显升高,观察组患儿CD8＋（23.86±2.17）%较对照组（24.95±2.14）%明显降低,两组三项指标比较差异有统计学意义（t CD3＋=2.076、t CD4＋=2.056,tCD8＋=2.205,均P〈0.05）。结论：匹多莫德在辅助麻疹治疗过程中疗效肯定,具有恢复被抑制的免疫能力,可提高机体细胞免疫的功能,值得临床选用。
