| 摘 要： | 目的：优选血经草中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法：以芦丁为评价指标，考察黄酮提取率，通过正交试验对回流法提取黄酮的工艺进行优化。结果：回流提取法的最佳工艺条件为，以lg血经草为原料，100ml60％乙醇为溶剂提取，提取时间为2h，提取次数为1次；在该条件下，总黄酮的提取率为1．56％，RSD为1．43％（n=5）。结论：本工艺合理、可行。
