2型糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化患者血清中LDL-C、HDL-C和TG水平检测及其临床意义

目的探讨低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)的水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发动脉粥样硬化(AS)的相关关系。方法T2DM患者45例,其中15例为血糖水平控制好组,30例为血糖水平控制不好组,并选择50例健康体检者作为对照组。采用直接法测定T2DM患者血清中LDL-C、HDL-C,利用GPO-PAP法测定TG的血清中的含量,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果三组研究对象LDL-C、HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C与TG的检测结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两两比较,T2DM血糖控制好组LDL-C、HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C与TG检测结果与正常对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),T2DM血糖控制不好组LDL-C、HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C与TG检测结果与正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论LDL-C、HDL-C、TG的测定在T2DM合并脂类代谢异常的预防和治疗中有较为重要的临床价值。

Clinical Significance of Serum LDL-C,HDL-C,TG in T2DM Combined with Atherosclerosis

Objective To study the relation between LDL-C,HDL-C,TG and Type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） combined with atherosclerosis.Method 45 cases and 50 healthy controls were recruited,15 of the 45 T2DM patients had lower fasting and postprandial blood glucose density,the other 30 T2DM patients had higher fasting and postprandial blood glucose density.Serum LDL-C,HDL-C were detected by direct method,while GPO-PAP method was applied to detect the serum TG.Results Statistic differences of serum LDL-C,HDL-C and TG among the 15 cases,30 cases and controls were observed（P〈0.05）.However,there were no significant differences of serum LDL-C,HDL-C and TG between those 15 patients and normal controls（P〉0.05）,while,there were obviously differences of serum LDL-C,HDL-C and TG between those 30 patients and normal controls（P〈0.01）.Conclusion LDL-C,HDL-C and TG are important in evaluating the prevention and treatment of T2DM combined with lipid metabolism disorder.
