基于灰色理论的高速动态铣削力在线预报研究

摘    要:针对目前高速切削建模研究还存在许多不确定因素的特点,运用灰色理论建立了铣削力动态在线预报模型。通过实验验证,铣削过程中切削力预报值与实测值误差小于5%,满足工程实际应用的需求。铣削力在线预报的研究不仅实现了金属切削过程在线监控和刀具磨损的在线识别,而且为智能制造提供了一项关键技术。

Abstract:High speed cutting(HSC),which has been widely used at home and abroad in recent years is one kind of advanced manufacturing technology.As we know,many existing factors affects HSC models,and this paper proposes on-line prediction of cutting force in HSC using grey theory.It is shown that the error of cutting force in milling process between predictive values and experimental values is below 5% satisfying engineering application.The research about on-line prediction of cutting force not only realizes on-line monitoring of metal cutting and tool wear recognizing,but also proposes a key technology for Intelligent Manufacturing.
