| 摘 要： | 国家的发展在人才，人才的培养在教育。素质教育是与现代大学精神和功能相适应的教育理念，素质教育是应用型法律人才专业教育的基础和核心。应用型法律人才素质教育的目标是面向社会各领域，培养一大批高素质、宽基础、通经济、有专攻、能应变的广泛适应社会发展需求的复合型高级法律人才。
