高精度测速雷达伺服带宽自适应设计与实现

摘    要:针对某型高精度测速雷达虽然设计了带宽可变的伺服控制系统,但没有实现自动变带宽的问题,文中提出了一种基于分段PID控制的伺服带宽自适应方法。文中主要研究了带宽的计算方法和某型高精度测速雷达带宽设置及存在的缺陷。根据跟踪雷达带宽范围窄的特点,设计了带宽自适应方法,即预设3组PID参数对应不同的伺服带宽,根据跟踪角速度大小切换相应带宽。仿真验证表明,该方法带宽切换平稳,速度变化平滑,在高速、低速下均能获得良好的动态响应,相比固定带宽具有更好的适应性和控制效果。

Abstract:The servo control system with variable bandwidth is designed for certain type of high precision velocity measuring radar, but it can not realize the automatic variable bandwidth. Aiming at this problem, a new adaptive bandwidth control method based on piecewise PID control is proposed. The calculation method of bandwidth and the bandwidth setting of certain type of high precision velocity measuring radar and its defects are studied. According to the characteristics of narrow bandwidth of tracking radar, the bandwidth adaptive method is designed. That is, design 3 sets of PID parameters corresponding to different servo bandwidth and switch the corresponding bandwidth according to the tracking angular velocity. Simulation results show that the proposed method has stable bandwidth switch and smooth velocity variation and can achieve good dynamic re-sponse at both high speed and low speed. Compared with fixed bandwidth, the proposed method has betteradaptability and control effect.
