3D-SC人工皮肤材料体内降解实验研究

摘    要:目的 测试3D-SC人工皮肤材料在动物体内的降解性。方法将一定大小的材料真空干燥后植入动物背部皮下,分阶段取出植入材料,观察材料及周围组织情况,将取出的材料真空干燥至恒重。计算材料的质量损失百分率。结果未见材料周围组织异常,第3天材料质量增加3.39%,以后逐渐降低,第7、14、28、42、56、70、84、98天材料质量损失百分率分别为2.06%、7.58%、14.31%、26.83%、37.45%、38.08%、85.45%、87.26%。结论 3D-SC人工皮肤材料是一种具有优良生物降解性能的材料,降解产物无毒性,在体内降解过程中表现出较好的生物相容性。70d内降解相对较慢,70d后降解速度加快,降解产物被动物吸收。

Abstract:Objective To test the degradation of 3D-SC artificial skin material in vivo. Methods A certain sized material was firstly vacuum-dried,and then implanted into animal back subcutaneously. The collected the implant and its surrounding tissues were observed at different time after implantation,then the removed implants were vacuum-dried to a constant-weight, then the mass-decreasing percentage was calculated. Results Nothing abnormal was found in material surrounding tissues.The mass of material increased 3.39 % after 3 days,and then decreased gradually. The percentages of material mass decreased after 7,14,28,42,56,70,84,98 days were 2.06 %,7.58 %,14.32 %,26.83 %,37.45 %,38.08 %,85.45 %,87.26 %,respectively. Conclusion The 3D-SC artificial skin material is good at biodegradability,biocompatibility and of no toxicity in degrading products. It degrades rather slow with in 70 days after implantation,afterward the degradation rate increases. The degraded products are absorbed by the animal recipient.
