| 摘 要： | 目的：观察补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型颈动脉粥样硬化患者的临床疗效。方法：将60例颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为补阳还五汤组与尼莫地平片组各30例。补阳还五汤组给予口服补阳还五汤;尼莫地平片组予尼莫地平片口服,2组均连续用药1个月。比较2组治疗前后颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）、颈动脉血管阻力（RI）的变化。结果：补阳还五汤组RI较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而且在改善RI方面优于尼莫地平组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：补阳还五汤能够降低颈动脉粥样硬化患者的血管阻力。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of BuYang HuanWuTang in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis of Qi insufficiency and blood stasis pattern.Method： Sixty cases were randomly divided into BuYang HuanWuTang group and nimodipine tablets group.BuYangHuanWuTang group orally took BuYang HuanWuTang;nimodipine tablets group were administered with nimodipine tablets,both groups were given with medicine for one month consecutively.Changes of carotid artery intima-media thickness（IMT） and vascular resistance（RI） of both groups were compared before and after treating.Result： RI of BuYang HuanWuTang group improved than before treating and the difference had statistical meaning（P0.05）,improvements of RI in BuYang HuanWuTang group were superior to Nimodipine group,the difference showed statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion： BuYang HuanWuTang could decrease RI of patients with carotid atherosclerosis. |
