| 摘 要： | 为了分析高密度盖板针布的分梳性能,在同一型号的高产梳棉机上,分别先后安装了Graf SpaceTop、Geron MCH52D(GPT52)和KANAI CVX-520N-83P 3种盖板针布,并连续使用观察了近30个月。结果表明,不论是结杂变化还是针尖变化,GERON针布已接近国际先进水平;认为对盖板针布必须进一步提高其耐磨性和认识其分梳作用的重要性。

| Abstract: | 3 kinds of flat carding cloth of Graf Space Top,Geron MCH52D(GPT52) and KANAI CVX-520N-83P were fixed on the same model of high productive carding machine to analyze and compare their carding performances of the high densed flat carding cloth for over 30 continus months.The result shows that the carding cloth of GERON is near the world advanced level in quality no matter how changes of the carding points or neps.The improvement of the abrasion of the flat carding cloth is of great importance for the carding... |
