无速度传感器在矿用电机车矢量控制系统中的应用

摘    要:矿井特殊的环境对电机车牵引系统有带载能力强、起动力矩大、稳定性好等要求。为达到较好的控制性能,必须获得转速的准确信息,针对作业矿井的实际情况,采用基于模型参考自适应(MRAS)方法的转速估算方法,并采用改进型电压模型提高系统性能。通过仿真验证系统能满足矿井牵引的需要,证明了算法的有效性。

Abstract:Due to special environment of mine,heavy load starting,running and good stability are required in the locomotive control system.According to the actual condition of the workplace,the speed estimation based on the MRAS method was used for accurate speed information and modified voltage model was used for better control performance.Simulation proved the system had effective algorithm which meets the demands of mine locomotive.
