| Abstract: | Retigabine is a neuronal potassium channel opener.Retigabine is a new antiepileptic drug for adjunctive treatment of partial-onset seizures in adult patients with a novel mechanism of action.The mechanism,pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics,drug interaction,clinical evaluation,and safety of retigabine were reviewed. |
