摘    要:采用传统双相模型,对堆积床内充分发展后低速过滤贫燃过程进行准稳态数值模拟,考察辐射模型、弥散效应、化学反应机理以及变热物性和热输运参数等对计算结果的影响,并开展输运项分析;将计算结果与准稳态特征值方法的理论结果进行比较,验证理论方法.分析表明,弥散效应对计算结果影响较大,但质量弥散在一步总包反应机理中影响很小;双相模型的燃烧波形状与理论方法吻合很好.

Abstract:The conventional two-phase model is adopted in the quasi-steady-state simulation of low-velocity filtration combustion in a packed bed under htlly developed conditions. The influences of reaction mechanisms, radiation models, dispersion effects, and variations of physical, thermal and transport properties on numerical results are discussed in detail. The roles of various transport terms in different conservation equations are studied, too. Compared with the numerical computations, the performances of the quasi-steady-state analytical solution are evaluated. The results show that the dispersion effects have clear effects on the numerical results while the species dispersion is less important in the single-step global mechanism. Furthermore, the combustion wave configurations predicted by the analytical solutions agree well with the numerical results.
