摘    要:针对氯碱化工生产过程中经常出现的液氯“死瓶”的处理,在理论上计算不同温度梯度下,钢瓶装液氯通过气相导管直接排放的泄漏速率,以指导实施带压直接更换瓶阀的操作。

Abstract:This article focused on treatment of liquid chlorine " dead cylinder" which often happens in chlor - alkali production process. It has been pointed that when the liquid chlorine cylinder is discharged directly through gas phase pipe, the leakage velocity under different temperature can be theoretically calculated, so as to guide the change of cylinder valve with pressure.
