| 摘 要： | 摊铺机工作装置的作业性能好坏直接影响着摊铺机的整机摊铺效果，在设计中需要重点对其进行分析.从摊铺机的摊铺机理入手分析了工作装置熨平板的工作原理及受力状况，给出了平衡方程，从理论上证明了熨平板的自找平特性；分析了施工过程中影响摊铺质量的5个主要因素，以及在这些因素影响下摊铺机工作装置的调整过程，并采用仿真方法模拟了物料阻力变化这一因素影响下工作装置的调整作用情况.可以作为摊铺机整机及控制系统设计的理论依据. |

| Abstract: | The working efficiency of paver is influenced by its working device directly.The working principle and stress of paver attachment are analyzed.The balance equation is given and the anti-interference capability of the working device is discussed too.The factors influencing the working quality,as well as the adjusting process of paver attachment are analyzed and one of the influencing factors is simulated,which can be taken as the theoretical basis for design of both paver and its control system. |
