摘    要:基于WIA-PA技术设计了一种以MSP430F149为核心的新型无线温度变送器。搭建了热电偶测温电路,通过DS18B20对热电偶进行冷端补偿,并采用软件二次滤波提高系统测量精度。基于HART 7.0协议设计了WIA无线模块与温度采集单元的通信程序,实现了温度数据的无线传输与实时显示。测试表明该无线温度变送器通信可靠、稳定,测量精度高且功耗较低。

Abstract:By using the low-power MCU MSP430F149,a new wireless temperature transducer based on WIA-PA technology is designed.In this paper,thermocouple temperature measurement circuit is built.The cold terminal compensation of the thermocouple is conducted by using DS18B20 and the second filtering method in software is used to improve the system accuracy.Based on HART7.0 specification communication program between WIA wireless module and temperature acquisition module is depicted and implemented,which ensure the wireless transmission and real-time display of temperature data.Practice measurement proves that the wireless temperature transducer has advantages such as reliable and stable communication capability,high measurement accuracy and low power consumption.
