| 摘 要： | 特高压作为一种新的电压等级,需要建立科学客观的技术经济方法与指标。建立了特高压电网技术经济评价方法,在将特高压电网发展评估划分为协调、可靠、优质、高效、经济、社会共6个子系统的基础上,分别建立了三级指标,并进行了解释说明。以特高压电网规划为例,应用指标体系对特高压电网各阶段的目标网架进行了技术经济评价。

| Abstract: | As for UHV,the new voltage class,it is urgent to establish a scientific and objective assessment system in terms of technology and economy.Firstly,technical and economic assessment methods for UHV grid are proposed.Then the assessment of UHV grid development is divided into 6 sub-systems: coordination,reliability,quality,efficiency,economy and society.From above 6 aspects,the paper establishes and explains three-class indexes respectively.Finally,exemplified by the UHV grid planning,the index system is applied to make technical and economic assessment of the target grid at each stage of UHV power grid. |
