盾构掘进机刀盘研制实例

摘    要:刀盘是盾构机中的重要部件,具有开挖地层、稳定开挖面、搅拌碴土等功能,处于盾构机与地质状态紧密关联的最前沿。文章通过对刀盘研制实例的剖析,简单介绍了刀盘设计的基本方法、刀盘的制造工艺以及刀盘样机在工业性试验中所取得的成果。

Abstract:Cutterhead is one of the critical components of shield machine, which possesses such functions as cutting ground, stabilizing the working face and mixing the excavated materials. The cutterhead stands in the front line where the shield machine itself closely contacts with the geological conditions. By analysis on the case of the cutterhead development, this paper briefly presents the basic design methods and manufacturing process of cutterhead as well as the achievements of the industrial scale experiments of the cutterhead model.
