橡胶颗粒沥青混合料老化后路用性能研究

摘    要:为研究老化对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料路用性能的影响,对4种不同橡胶颗粒掺量的沥青混合料分别进行短期老化与长期老化路用性能试验,针对低温性能特别提出衰减率的评价指标。结果表明,橡胶颗粒沥青混合料老化后高温性能明显增强,低温抗裂性能出现突变点、水稳性能有所降低,综合老化前后性能对比研究得知该级配混合料橡胶颗粒最佳掺量为4%。

Abstract:There are 4 different percentage of rubber particles asphalt mixture which are used for short-term aging and long-term aging test. It aims at researching the influence of the aging procedures with the performance of granulated crumb rubber asphalt mixture. The decay rate of low-temperature performance was proposed as an evaluating indicator. This investigation shows that the high-temperature performance of aged crumb rubber asphalt mixture is obviously enhanced while the low-temperature anti- crack performance and water stability is slightly reduced. It is also indicate that the asphalt mixture of 4% rubber particles will guarantee the optimal performance.
