考虑风电引起电压闪变的改进IEC数字化闪变仪模型

摘    要:伴随着风力发电的迅猛发展,风电并网带来了不容忽视的电能质量问题,电压闪变是其中之一。电能质量扰动检测是有效治理电能质量问题的基础和前提。首先对风电并网引起电压闪变进行了机理分析,然后构建了IEC数字化闪变仪模型,并针对风电引起电压闪变的特点,对模型进行了改进,给出了改进后的IEC数字化闪变仪模型,最后在Matlab/Simulink平台上进行了仿真验证。

Abstract:Along with the rapid development of wind power, wind power integration brings power quality problems including voltage flicker that can't be ignored. Power quality disturbance detection is the basis and premise of dealing with the power quality problems effectively. First, Ihe paper analyzes the mechanism of the voltage flicker caused by tile wind power integration, and establishes IEC digital flicker instrument model. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the vohage flicker, this paper can'ies out some improvements in the IEC digital flicker inslrument model. Finally, the model is validated against simulations using MATLAB/SIMULINK platform.
