| 摘 要： | 针对几家船厂82 000 DWT散货船舾装生产设计中出现的问题,分析产生问题的原因,提出解决问题的方法。减少舾装件材料规格,提高分段舾装件预装率,优化制作和安装工艺。比较不同设计单位之间的设计方法,磨合出图模式和出图标准。创造输入条件,提前建模,尽早暴露出专业之间的碰撞和布置等问题。这为后续同类型船提供了设计和建造经验。

Analysis on Outfitting Production Design Problems for 82 000 DWT Bulk Carriers |

| Abstract: | Based on the problems encountered during outfitting production design for 82 000 DWT of bulk carriers in several shipyards,this article analyzed the source of the problems and proposed relevant solutions. This would be helpful to lower the requirement of outfitting material standard,to increase the percentage of pre-outfitting,and to optimize construction and installation process. Comparing different design from several design company ,this article proposed a standard of drawing which unified the pattern. Conflicts between different disciplines and arrangement problems were exposed in early stage by modeling with generated input data in advance. This article could serve as reference for similar design. |
