不锈钢纤维及混纺纱性能探讨

摘    要:基于对表观直径12μm/45mm不锈钢纤维基本性能及其与细旦粘胶纤维混纺纱主要结构参数研究,设计并研制了10种不锈钢纤维含量1%~40%的混纺纱线,运用MATLAB软件对混纺纱力学、燃烧、电学、光学等主要特性进行二阶曲线拟合及三次样条插值分析.研究表明,混纺纱强伸度、质量比电阻、光泽随不锈钢纤维含量增加均是降低趋势,混纺纱中不锈钢纤维含量为1%,就可得到抗静电性能极好的功能性产品.

Abstract:Based on the apparent diameter of 12 /45mm basic properties of stainless steel fiber and viscose fiber blended yarn with the major structural parameters research study,design and development of the 1%~40% stainless steel fiber content of yarns are obtained,using MATLAB software yarn mechanics,combustion,electrical,optical properties such as second-order curve fitting and cubic spline interpolation.The methods and conclusions show the permanent antistatic and even resistance to electromagnetic radiation functional product development for reference.
