祛瘀通络法治疗不稳定型心绞痛心血瘀阻证临床疗效评价

目的:探讨分析并总结祛瘀通络法治疗不稳定型心绞痛心血瘀阻证临床疗效。方法:将符合不稳定型心绞痛心血瘀阻证诊断标准的74例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各37例,两组患者均采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用祛瘀通络法,两组患者均治疗3周后比较疾病疗效、中医证候疗效、心电图疗效、心绞痛发作情况。结果:在疾病疗效方面比较,两组比较有差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;在中医证候疗效方面比较,两组比较有差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;在心电图疗效方面比较,两组比较有差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;在心绞痛发作情况(包括心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间)方面比较,治疗组与对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:祛瘀通络法治疗不稳定型心绞痛心血瘀阻证临床疗效显著,可减少患者心绞痛发作次数,减少心绞痛发作持续时间,提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical Efficacy Evaluation on Therapy of Removing Blood Stasis and Dredging Collaterals in Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris of Heart Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the therapy of removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals in treating unstable angina pectoris of heart blood stasis syndrome.Methods:74 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of unstable angina pectoris with heart blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 37 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with medicine western routine therapy,on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with the therapy of removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.After 3 weeks of treatment,the disease efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,ECG efficacy and angina pectoris attack were compared between the two groups.Results:In terms of disease efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy and ECG efficacy,there were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.In terms of angina pectoris attack(including angina pectoris attack frequency,angina pectoris duration),there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The therapy of removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of heart blood stasis syndrome,which can reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attack,reduce the duration of angina pectoris attack and improve the life quality of the patients.
