基于Web of Science的循证护理研究的可视化分析

目的:基于Web of Science数据库分析循证护理研究现状、热点及动态前沿,为国内循证研究提供参考。方法:以2010年—2019年Web of Science数据库收录的循证护理相关文献为研究对象,采用CiteSpaceⅤ软件对国家、机构、作者、关键词进行共现分析,绘制相关可视化知识图谱。结果:共纳入有效文献2965篇,年度发文量总体呈上升趋势;高产国家包括美国、澳大利亚、英国及加拿大,高产机构来自美国、澳大利亚的医学院校,如杜克大学、格里菲斯大学等;瑞典哥德堡大学的Lars W发文量最高,主要形成以Aitken L M和Vehvilainenjulkunen K为核心的两大合作团队;研究热点集中于循证护理教育、管理、预防、疼痛管理、癌症护理五大方面。结论:国内循证护理研究起步较晚,未来应拓展国际合作,把握学术前沿,结合研究热点,展开深入探索。

Visualization analysis of evidence-based nursing research based on Web of Science

Objective:Based on the Web of Science database,this paper analyzed the current situation,hot spots and dynamic frontier of evidence-based nursing research,so as to provide reference for evidence-based research in China.Methods:Based on the evidence-based nursing literatures that were collected in the Web of Science database from 2010 to 2019,CiteSpace V software was used to analyze the co-occurrence of countries,institutions,authors and keywords,and draw relevant visual knowledge map.Results:A total of 2965 effective literatures were included.Generally,the annual volume of papers was on the rise;high yield countries included the United States,Australia,the United Kingdom and Canada.High yield institutions came from medical colleges in the United States and Australia,such as Duke University,Griffith University,etc;Larsw from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden had the highest number of papers,mainly forming two cooperation teams taking Aitken L M and Vehvilainenjulkunen K as the core.Research hotspots focused on evidence-based nursing education,management,prevention,pain management and cancer care.Conclusion:Domestic evidence-based nursing research started late.In the future,we should expand international cooperation,grasp the academic frontier,and carry out in-depth exploration combined with research hotspots.
