摘    要:地理国情普查是基础地理信息工作的扩展和延伸。针对基础测绘与地理国情普查在生产过程中存在成本和效率相互制约的问题,分析了基础测绘与地理国情普查在内容、指标与技术路线方面的相关性。探索了一种以外业调绘内容为主要研究对象,将两者在采集内容、数据标准、外业调绘等方面进行有效结合,并给出了一体化处理方法,为提高基础测绘与地理国情普查工作效率提供了解决思路。

Abstract:National geographic conditions census is extension of basic surveying. The problem that cost and efficiency of basic surveying and national geographic conditions census constrain each other in the process of production was studied. Relativity analysis of content,target and technical route between basic surveying with national geographic conditions census was conducted. An integration processing method on basic surveying and national geographic conditions census was explored,with field inspection contents as main research object. Study result can be used to provide solutions to improve basic surveying and national geographical conditions census efficiency.
