| 摘 要： | 历代医家对头痛命名有按病因-头风、首风、脑风，按病位-偏头痛、头项痛，按病性-厥头痛、真头痛、大头风、雷头风，按经络等命名。病因病机为外感六淫、情志失调、饮食不节、脏腑气弱、痰浊血瘀。
