利用ANSYS 对低活化铁素体马氏体(RAFM)钢进行非熔化极气体保护焊(TIG 焊)与电子束焊的抗疲劳模拟分析,再利用SDS200 电液伺服疲劳试验机对TIG 焊和电子束焊的两种RAFM 钢试件进行实验。通过施加相同梯度负荷对TIG 焊和电子束焊试件进行焊缝的疲劳性能实验。与实验结果对比分析,结果显示电子束焊优于 TIG 焊,但在一定负载下可以用TIG 焊代替电子束焊。 相似文献

A systematic study was conducted on current efficiency (CE), corrosion and structural changes in SnO2-based inert anodes (made of 96wt%SnO2+2wt%Sb2O3+2wt%CuO) on a laboratory Hall-Heroult aluminium cell. The influence of operating parameters and electrolyte composition on the CE and corrosion process were evaluated. The CE was found to be more than 90% and catastrophic corrosion took place at low percent of Al2O3, high percent of LiF, low cryolite ratio and high current densities. From all the structural changes that took place in the SnO2-based inert anodes, we assumed that the most important contribution was due to the migration of CuO towards the outer limits of the constituent grains of SnO2 based ceramic. The complex process occurred during the formation of various phases and their sintering ability both directly depended on Cu/Sb molar ratio. 相似文献

An experimental study was carried out on the direct nitration of 1,4,5,8-tetraaza-bicyclo-[4,4,0]-decane to synthesize 1,4,5,8-tetranitro-1,4,5,8-tetraazabicyclo-[4,4,0]-decane(TNAD) with N2O5 catalyzed by acidic ionic liquids. Various ionic liquids, such as [HMim]X, [(CH2)4SO3HMim]X and [Capl]X(X = pTSO, NO3, HSO4), and various parameters such as equivalents of ionic liquid, molar ratio of N2O5 to the starting material, reaction time and temperature, and solvent were investigated. Ionic liquid [(CH2)4SO3HMim]HSO4 showed better catalytic activity. In the presence of 3% molar ratio of [(CH2)4SO3HMim]HSO4 ionic liquid to the staring material, the yield of 1,4,5,8-tetranitro-1,4,5,8-tetraazabicyclo-[4,4,0]-decane was improved by 6.2% compared to the system without ionic liquid. 相似文献

Due to the mathematical similarities between the Dymond-Rigby-Smith (DRS) function with the conventional Lennard-Jones (LJ)
functions, modification to the LJ indices is made herein in order to approximate the DRS energy curve. It is herein shown
that the LJ(9-6) potential approximates well the DRS curve for interatomic distance shorter than the equilibrium distance.
For interatomic distance longer than the equilibrium distance, a pair of LJ indices, based on the equal mean stretching energy,
was found to give very good agreement with the DRS curve. Modification to the conventional LJ functions for describing the
DRS energy, rather than the replacement of the LJ potentials with DRF function, allows numerous computational chemistry softwares
to quantify the DRS energy with minimal hard-coding of their algorithms. 相似文献

采用基于Compass力场的分子动力学(MD)方法,研究了惰性气体氙(Xe)和氪(Kr)在塑料闪烁体(聚乙烯基对甲苯)的平整和粗糙表面的吸附和扩散行为.由惰性气体吸附曲线的均方根位移(MSD),得到了Xe/Kr气体在聚乙烯基对甲苯表面的扩散系数.研究结果表明,Kr/Xe气体均被稳定地吸附在塑料闪烁体表面,其稳定性随着温度的升高而增加,Xe分子的吸附性强于Kr分子. Kr/Xe气体在聚乙烯基对甲苯表面具有较强的扩散性能,扩散深度随着温度与厚度的增加而增加,最大为22.865?,Kr分子扩散能力强于Xe分子.基底粗糙表面增加了两种惰性气体分子的吸附和扩散. 相似文献
