以过氧化钡(Ba O2)晶体为母体钡源,利用溶液中碱性条件下过氧化氢电离控制Ba O2分解速度,结合过量SO42-制备了具有Ba O2宏观形貌的Ba SO4多晶体,该多晶体由条形结构单元组成。进一步通过不同聚合物添加剂调节次级结构单元的形貌,在溶液中引入聚苯乙烯磺酸钠制备了由球形次级结构单元组成的Ba SO4多晶体;而在不同浓度的聚丙烯酸添加剂作用下,可制得由纳米颗粒和纳米棒状结构单元组成的Ba SO4多晶体。制备的多晶体材料为具有母体材料统一宏观形貌的大颗粒,其次级结构可通过聚合物添加剂调控,为合成具有特定形貌的功能晶体材料提供了一个新的途径。  相似文献

The objective of this research was to modify the crystal shape and size of poorly water-soluble drug ropivacaine, and to reveal the effects of polymeric additive and ultrasound on crystal nucleation and growth. Ropivacaine often grow as needle-like crystals extended along the a-axis and the shape was hardly controllable by altering solvent types and operating conditions for the crystallization process. We found that ropivacaine crystallized as block-like crystals when polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was used. The control over crystal morphology by the additive was related to crystallization temperature, solute concentration, additive concentration, and molecular weight. SEM and AFM analyses were performed providing insights into crystal growth pattern and cavities on the surface induced by the polymeric additive. In ultrasound-assisted crystallization, the impacts of ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, and additive concentration were investigated. The particles precipitated at extended ultrasonic time exhibited plate-like crystals with shorter aspect ratio. Combined use of polymeric additive and ultrasound led to rice-shaped crystals, which the average particle size was further decreased. The induction time measurement and single crystal growth experiments were carried out. The results suggested that PVP worked as strong nucleation and growth inhibitor. Molecular dynamics simulation was performed to explore the action mechanism of the polymer. The interaction energies between PVP and crystal faces were calculated, and mobility of the additive with different chain length in crystal-solution system was evaluated by mean square displacement. Based on the study, a possible mechanism for the morphological evolution of ropivacaine crystals assisted by PVP and ultrasound was proposed.  相似文献

An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 12 additives in beverages was developed using evaporation-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction based on the solidification of floating organic droplets EVA-DLLME-SFOcombined with high performance liquid chromatography HPLC. The samples were extracted twice with 70%V/Vmethanol aqueous solution and extracted by EVA-DLLME-SFO method after the combination of the extractsand finally determined by HPLC. Extraction parameterssuch as types and amounts of extractantevaporant and heating agentthe concentration of saltand the extraction time were optimized. Under the optimized conditionsthere were good relationships in the ange of 0.25-50 μµg/mL with the limits of detection of 1.5 to 13.6 mg/kg and limits of quantification of 5.2 to 45.3 mg/kg. The recoveries at three spiked levels1025 and 50 mg/kgwere 76.8% to 101.2% with the relative standard deviations of 0.11% to 4.7%. Additives have been known to play an important role for improving the photovoltaic performance of organic solar cells. However, the reasons why additives improve the performance have not been clearly known yet. We employed an electrical modulated optical spectroscopy to investigate the relationship between the photovoltaic performance and additive concentration in organic photovoltaic devices. Our measured modulation spectra of a sample without additive showed both first- (-α’) and second-derivative (α”) components of the absorption spectrum. The second-derivative (α”) component in the modulation spectrum increased with the additive concentration. These results indicate that the sample without additive contains both localized (or Frenkel type) and relatively delocalized excitons and the added additive results in a significant increase of the relatively delocalized excitons. We conclude that the increased delocalized excitons lead to a significant additive-induced improvement of the photovoltaic-device performance.  相似文献

The critical micelle concentration (CMC) has been determined for the gemini surfactant trimethylene-1,3-bis(dodecyldimethyl ammonium bromide)12-s-12,2Br?1 by means of electricity conductivity measurements. For the same number of carbon atoms in the hydrophobic chain per hydrophilic head group, geminis have CMC values well below those of conventional single-chain cationic surfactants. The CMC of 12-3-12 reduces with the addition of n-alcohol except ethanol and with the increase of n-alcohol chain length as well as increase of concentration of n-butanol and sodium chloride. Steady-state fluorescence quenching technology has been employed to study the aggregation number of micelle, which increases with increase in the length of n-alcohol. The Kraft temperature measurements also indicate that the stability of solid surfactant hydrate decreases along with the improvement of concentration of n-butanol and sodium chloride.  相似文献

硅胶表面修饰添加剂选择性降低卷烟烟气中的苯酚   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
分别以聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对硅胶(SiO2)表面进行修饰,并以苯酚为模板,合成硅胶表面修饰分子印迹聚合物(MIP-SiO2),制备获得功能添加剂PEI-SiO2、CTMAB-SiO2、MIP-SiO2。按不同剂量分别将功能添加剂加入到卷烟滤嘴中,考察对卷烟主流烟气中苯酚的截留效率。结果表明,各添加剂均可有效降低卷烟烟气中的苯酚释放量。当添加量达到20mg/支时,各功能材料对苯酚的截留效率均超过39%。且添加剂对烟气中苯酚的截留能力大于对烟气中焦油的吸附能力,表明功能添加剂具有选择性降低卷烟烟气中苯酚的作用。  相似文献

In recent years, much attention has been focused on research to replace petroleum-based commodity plastics, in a cost-effective manner, with biodegradable materials offering competitive mechanical properties. Biopolymers have been considered as the most promising materials for this purpose. However, they generally present poor mechanical properties regarding processability and end-use application, since the fragility and brittleness exhibited during thermoformation can limit their potential for application. In order to overcome this problem, plasticizers are added to provide the necessary workability to biopolymers. This class of products became more visible when biodegradable additives and plasticizers also became the focus of material scientists. The use of natural and/or biodegradable plasticizers, with low toxicity and good compatibility with several plastics, resins, rubber and elastomers in substitution of conventional plasticizers, such as phthalates and other synthetic conventional plasticizers attracted the market along with the increasing worldwide trend towards use of biopolymers. Here we discuss the main results and developments in natural plasticizer/synthetic and biopolymer-based films during the last decades.  相似文献

Abstract

Asphaltene deposition is a problem for the petroleum industry, affecting the production, transport, and storage of crude oil. The aim of this work is to develop and compare different methods to determine asphaltene precipitation. Two asphaltene fractions, one extracted from a Brazilian crude oil sample and the other from petroleum distillation residue, were evaluated by using model systems constituted of toluene/n-heptane in different compositions, using visible ultraviolet spectrometry and spectrofluorimetry. The results of the precipitation tests carried out by these two methods agreed, indicating they are effective to analyze asphaltene deposition and the performance of chemicals as asphaltene stabilizers.  相似文献

建立了一种离子色谱法测定混凝土外加剂中硫酸钠含量的方法,外加剂试样溶于水中,采用反相柱去除溶液中有机物,进样量25μL。经Dionex IonPac AS18色谱柱分离,用30 mmol·L~(-1)氢氧化钾溶液作流动相,以1.0 mL·min~(-1)流量进行洗脱,按峰面积定量。方法的检出限(3S/N)为3μg·L~(-1)。该方法可实现硫酸钠与氯离子同时测定的优点。在3个浓度水平上对方法的精密度作了考核,测得其相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于1%。用标准加入法,以实样为基体作回收试验,测得回收率在98.7%~100.5%之间。  相似文献

The study of γ‐neutrons attenuation and mechanical characteristics of modified concrete are vital and crucial parameters for the construction of civilian radiological, nuclear shielding, and/or shelters. In this work, fifteen samples of ordinary concretes with five different additives; steel fibers, polypropylene, silica fume, and fly ash, with variation of cement percentages, were prepared and used for performing the mechanical and radiation attenuation investigations. The compressive strength, tensile strength, slump test, bulk density, and water permeability were also carried out for the prepared concrete mixes. Collimated coherent beams from 60Co and Pu‐Be fast neutron sources were used to check the radiation penetrability through the syntheized mixed concrete‐additives. Very sensitive and well calibrated gamma‐neutron pulse shape discriminating spectrometer with its electronic componenets and stilbene organic detector and 3′′ × 3′′ NaI scintillation crystal was used to measure the radiation before and after attenuation and transmission. The integrated fast neutron removal macroscopic cross section (Σr) and linear attenuation coefficient of total gamma rays (μ) were calculated for all the analysed concrete mixes. The results of measurements, tests, analyses and calculations are given and explained. The investigated modified concrete mixes show good workability and properties from the view point of mechanical loads and γ‐fast neutrons penetrability and resistance. These results can be used for shielding and sheltering design.  相似文献
