考工软件在维修电工技能考核故障检修项目中的应用

针对维修电工技能考核过程中存在的问题设计了一套半实物龙门刨床实训设备考工软件。该软件可通过键盘或教师机对在线实训装置进行故障设置和排除,记录、自动保存答题结果、故障的误排次数、考试时间、报警等信息,并在提交后发送给计算机进行评分,同时可对试卷自动保存,做到掉电不丢失,从而提高技能考核的效率。     

The effect of skill level,external frame of reference and environmental changes on one-handed catching

Abstract

Two groups of subjects designated ‘good’ (n= 12) and ‘poor’ (n= 10) catchers on the basis of a task-specific criterion were required to catch, one-handed, balls projected from a ball-projection machine under eight different conditions. Four of these comprised the ‘environment illuminated’ conditions (full light; hand obscured by an opaque screen; a see-through screen and an external vertical reference frame in the field of view) and four others the ‘environment dark’ conditions (catching hand wearing a glove painted with luminescent paint and u. v. illuminated ball in an otherwise dark room; ball illuminated by u. v. light; luminescent hand and external luminescent vertical reference plus u. v. illuminated ball; u. v.-illuminated ball, plus luminescent vertical reference).

While clear and significant differences - as was to be expected from the selection criteria imposed - were shown between the groups of ‘good’ and ‘poor’ catchers for all three dependent variables-number of catches, spatial errors and temporal errors-it was demonstrated that, for both groups, degrading the environment, by reducing the information available, resulted in a significant performance decrement on the dependent variables ‘number of catches’ and ‘temporal errors’. ‘Poor’ catchers were also shown to make significantly more spatial errors than ‘good’ catchers. Whereas the latter finding confirms earlier findings reported in the literature, the significant effect on performance of degrading the environment -particularly with respect to temporal errors - is new. The finding is discussed in the framework of the use of ‘tau’ (time to contact) in making judgements about when to initiate the grasp response.

Back to the future: Brake reaction times for manual and automated vehicles

Rear-end collisions are often quoted as being a major cause of road traffic accidents. In response to this, a great deal of ergonomics research effort has been directed towards the analysis of brake reaction times. However, the engineering solution has been to develop advanced systems for longitudinal control, which, it is argued, will mitigate the problem of rear-end collisions. So far, though, there have been few empirical studies to determine how brake reaction times will be affected by such vehicle automation. This paper presents a literature review summarizing the current state of knowledge about driver responses in non-automated vehicles. The review covers driver factors, vehicle factors and situational factors. Following the review, some empirical data are presented from a driving simulator experiment assessing brake reaction times of skilled and unskilled drivers under two different levels of automation. When compared to previous data gathered during manual driving, there seems to be a striking increase in reaction times for these automated conditions. Implications for the design and safety of automated vehicle systems are discussed.     

士兵职业技能鉴定系统数据库加密研究

针对士兵职业技能鉴定系统数据库,就如何保证系统在高性能、高可用的同时,提升数据的安全性,确保系统不被入侵,关键数据不被泄露或是增删改等问题,提出了一种只针对敏感数据加密的策略,将DES和RSA加密算法结合起来运用到数据加密的不同环节中,确保了系统安全可靠。加密结果表明,加密后的系统数据库能有效地提高系统的安全性能,即便是他人入侵到数据库也束手无策,防止了人为因素,杜绝了体外操作,有效地增强鉴定管理的规范性,提高鉴定的含金量和认可度。     

高职院校包装工程专业技能课程的教学与实践

开设技能课程的教学是高等职业教育的特色之一.学生只有做到将所学专业理论知识与生产实际有机地结合起来,同时注重动手能力的培养,才能提高他们的专业职业技能.文章结合实际教学,探索与实践包装工程专业的技能课程教学方法.     

物理实验技能的培养

结合工作实际,阐述了教师培养学生物理实验技能的基本内容:一是指导学生正确使用基本实验仪器;二是帮助学生了解和掌握实验设计与实验方法;三是指导学生及时准确读取和整理实验数据;四是指导学生学会分析和处理实验误差;五是指导学生正确书写实验报告;六是培养学生养成良好的实验习惯。同时,提出了加强培养学生物理实验技能的有效途径。     

Toward a real-time model-based training system

This article describes the development of a real-time model-based training system that provides adaptive “over-the-shoulder” (OTS) instructions to trainees as they learn to perform an Anti-Air Warfare Coordinator (AAWC) task. The long-term goal is to develop a system that will provide real-time instructional materials based on learners’ actions, so that eventually the initial set of instructions on a task can be strengthened, complemented, or overridden at different stages of training. The training system is based on the ACT-R architecture, which serves as the theoretical background for the cognitive model that monitors the learning process of the trainee. An experiment was designed to study the impact of OTS instructions on learning. Results showed that while OTS instructions facilitated short-term learning, (a) they took time away from the processing of current information, (b) their effects tended to decay rapidly in initial stages of training, and (c) their effects on training diminished when the OTS instructions were proceduralized in later stages of training. A cognitive model that learned from both the upfront and OTS instructions was created and provided good fits to the learning and performance data collected from human participants. Our results suggest that to fully capture the symbiotic performance between humans and intelligent training systems, it is important to closely monitor the learning process of the trainee so that instructional interventions can be delivered effectively at different stages of training. We proposed that such a flexible system can be developed based on an adaptive cognitive model that provides real-time predictions on learning and performance.
