胀管机用旋转门工作台的研制

介绍了胀管机用旋转门工作台的结构和工作原理。胀管机旋转门工作台应用于全自动液压胀管机,用来固定换热器工件。旋转门工作台上的挂装门设计成A和B两个工作面,挂装门在动力装置带动下可旋转180°,这样在挂装门A面进行胀管作业时,挂装门B面可同时进行工件的上、下料作业,挂装门A面胀管结束且挂装门B面上好待胀工件后,对挂装门A、B面进行180°的朝向互换旋转,进入下一工作循环。试验表明,能够有效地节省了胀管机上料、下料的工作时间,提高设备及人员的生产和工作效率,增强企业竞争力。     

Actuator Fault Tolerant Control Based on a MIMO-MPC: Application in a Double-Pipe Heat Exchanger

In this work, an experimental fault tolerant control (FTC) implementation is presented. The FTC is based on a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) model predictive control (MPC). The aim of the FTC is to keep on operating a double-pipe counter-current heat exchanger even if the main actuator of the heat exchanger is stuck open. To develop the FTC, an adaptive observer was implemented in order to design a fault detection and isolation (FDI) system. In the FDI system, the cold and hot water flow rate estimations by the adaptive observer are compared to the control signals provided by the MPC. The results of the implementation of the FTC using a MIMO model predictive control were compared to the results obtained in a previous work which was developed using model-following control.     

双波纹板管式换热器流场的数值模拟

介绍了一种用于气气交换的错流式双波纹板管式换热器,它具有单位体积换热面积大,结构紧凑、稳定性好以及换热系数高等特点.运用Fluent软件.对不同尺寸的双波纹板管式换热器的流场进行了模拟,经过分析对比得到换热效果最佳时双波纹板片的形状.研究结果表明,换热板片上双波纹的波幅、周期和板间距决定了板式换热器的换热效果和压降等.     

Use of NaX porous materials in the recovery of iron ions

Nowadays, the porous materials have an economic impact in certain industrial fields and particularly that of the environment. NaX materials economically prove very interesting; small quantities of these last are enough to treat great toxic volumes of effluent. This work aims at the use of NaX solid materials in the recovery of the ions iron poisons and vermin to the environment. We used a treatment process based on ions exchange reactions. Several parameters related to these operations of treatment were studied and the used materials are types of NaX faujasites. The obtained results show that NaX faujasite and its hydrogenated form NaHX can be used like ion exchangers in the recovery of the ions iron Fe³⁺. NaX and NaHX materials preserve their crystalline structures during the treatment process until 0.2 mol/l Fe³⁺ concentrations.

分离式液--气热管换热器的设计与应用

文中介绍一种利用工艺中液体冷却放出热量来加热气体的分离式热管换热器.对液--气换热进行了热力分析与强度、结构的设计计算,以及系统的水动力循环分析.同时给出了实际应用实例,充分说明这种联合换热形式的换热器是合理、可靠的.     

浅层地埋管热交换器换热能力分析

采用自主研发的浅层地下岩土热物性测试平台,通过模拟冬夏季取放热实际运行工况,对不同工况下地源热泵地埋管热交换器的换热能力进行了实际测试,分析了地埋管换热器与周围地下岩土之间的换热状况,确定了该地区地源热泵系统地埋管换热器冬夏季工况下的实际单位延米换热量。同时,根据测试数据推算出了该地区地下岩土的综合导热系数,体积热容等热物性参数,为该地区地源热泵系统的模拟分析以及设计施工提供了依据。     

高压换热器法兰与内套焊接裂纹原因分析与对策

介绍了氮肥企业高压换热器法兰与内套焊接存在的问题,分析了产生焊接裂纹的原因,提出了解决问题的简便办法。     

管道化溶出系统中大型套管式换热器的热补偿设计及组焊

以单内管套管式换热器为例 ,分析了管道化溶出系统大型套管式换热器热补偿的设计方法 ,重点分析了内外管膨胀差的补偿及其弯管部分的结构设计。另外 ,对一些与热补偿相关的结构 ,如封闭环的设置也进行了必要的分析     

薄管板结构强度计算的新思路

介绍了薄管板的概念及结构特点 ,叙述了薄管板结构强度分析及应用RBF(RadialBasisFunc tions径向基函数 )神经网络对薄管板结构的管板应力计算进行系统辨识的过程 ,从而提出了一种用多个具有一定意义的无量纲参数函数式表达薄管板结构强度计算的新思路 ,并说明在结构强度分析中应用神经网络方法是实用的
