基于FDS法研究水分含量对特征频率处介质损耗的影响

为研究水分对油纸绝缘系统的影响,分别在30℃和60℃下对试验室制备的试品进行频域介电谱(FDS)测量,通过对所得试验结果进行分析,选取特征频率处的介质损耗和水分含量进行拟合,并获得相关的拟合关系。研究表明:水分含量和特征频率处的介质损耗呈指数函数关系,随着水分含量的增大介质损耗也增大,其增长速率也逐渐增大,且频率越小其增长速率越大;在同一特征频率处,温度越高介质损耗的增长速率越大。

浅谈频谱分析在离心通风机中的应用及实践

In this paper, the working principle and basic structure of the centrifugal fan are introduced, and the main causes of the vibration failure of the centrifugal fan and the related characteristic frequency are expounded. By quoting the typical failure cases of fan,the misalignment of fan coupling and rotor imbalance and bearing failure are analyzed and diagnosed. Adopting the spectrum analyzer to collect data, the cause of equipment failures are found out accurately to solve the problem of equipment failure.     

Two-phase flow instability in a parallel multichannel system

The two-phase flow instabilities observed in through parallel multichannel can be classified into three types, of which only one is intrinsic to parallel multichannel systems. The intrinsic instabilities observed in parallel multichannel system have been studied experimentally. The stable boundary of the flow in such a parallel-channel system are sought, and the nature of inlet flow oscillation in the unstable region has been examined experimentally under various conditions of inlet velocity, heat flux, liquid temperature, cross section of channel and entrance throttling. The results show that parallel multichannel system possess a characteristic oscillation that is quite independent of the magnitude and duration of the initial disturbance, and the stable boundary is influenced by the characteristic frequency of the system as well as by the exit quality when this is low, and upon raising the exit quality and reducing the characteristic frequency, the system increases its instability, and entrance throttling effectively contributes to stabilization of the system.     

基于小波特征的M型星自动识别方法

M型星对研究恒星的演化具有重要价值.在我国正在实施的大型巡天项目(LAMOST项目)中,急需M型星的自动识别系统.本文给出了一种自动识别M型星的新方法,该方法由以下主要步骤组成:①选取一定波长范围的光谱进行5层小波变换,从第5层小波系数中提取出小波特征;②利用小波特征检测M型星特征频率和吸收带位置;③根据特征频率和吸收带位置的检测结果进行M型星识别.大量真实光谱数据实验表明,本文方法十分有效,识别率高达97.56%.     

基于射频三极管特征频率下的振荡器设计

提出了基于射频三极管工作在特征频率下的振荡器设计方法.利用OrCAD/Pspice软件对射频振荡电路进行仿真,验证了电路设计的合理性和可行性.实验证明该射频振荡电路起振好,工作稳定.     

浮标水声信号中海浪声的分离方法研究

针对浮标系统测量的水声信号开展研究,使用信号处理的方法对水听器信号中的海浪声成份进行分离。首先对于16路水听器的浮标水声信号,依据采样频率、采样时间等参数将水听器采集到的原始数字信号转换成音频信号,利用人耳区别水听器信号中的各种噪声成份;然后在时域内,从原始水听器信号中截取各种噪声时段进行频谱分析,得到它们的特征频率;最后设计合理的数字滤波器进行去噪处理。试验结果表明水听器信号中海浪声成份得到有效抑制。     

基于ABAQUS的三轴立式镗铣加工中心动态特性分析

以辛辛那提750为例,研究三轴立式镗铣加工中心的动态特性,根据有限元模型分析方法建立模型后进行模态特性分析机床各阶振动模态的特点,找到了机床结构上薄弱环节;在此薄弱环节上选取一点进行谐响应分析,计算出机床上最大激振力误差以及相应的特征频率。结果表明:机床结构的主轴箱位移量较大,激振力频率与机床结构第十阶固有频率接近时容易发生共振。     

高炉炉顶齿轮箱间接故障诊断方法研究

针对高炉炉顶齿轮箱低速重载零部件故障难以诊断的问题,提出一种振动信号的间接诊断方法,有效利用齿轮箱接近输入端高速旋转零部件振动特征分析判断低速零部件故障;针对现有诊断方法对高炉炉顶齿轮箱故障诊断不能识别全部故障和达到准确故障定位的问题,提出一种运用振动信号分析的高炉炉顶齿轮箱故障诊断方法,实现准确判别和定位故障。发现上部齿轮箱高速零部件特征频率的基频和倍频两侧若有明显的下级传动链低速零部件故障特征频率的频率间隔,解调后低频段有多个下级传动链低速零部件故障特征频率的频率间隔,则故障发生位置为下级传动链低速部分。
