引用视频指挥调度手段实现企业生产安全防护

本文主要根据目前企业安全管理,提出一种新的概念"视频指挥调度"。"视频指挥调度"把通常使用的监控技术与智能监控和可视化现场指挥调度相结合,可以把事故隐患控制在初发阶段,并可实施对事故现场的"面对面"指挥调度和应急处理。     

会议中心中庭分层空调的节能改进策略 ——以景观与主被动式节能设计相结合并模拟验证

文章从跨专业视角基于复合设计原理探讨了会议中心中庭设计对建筑和暖通空调能耗的影响。采用CFD软件模拟了主、被动式节能设计的效果,结果表明建筑与暖通空调复合设计可以实现两个主要功能：建筑室内景观与暖通空调设计的有机结合、分层供冷与上部空间自然通风的有效结合。通过实例分析表明,采用复合设计方法,在实现中庭建筑节能的同时保持了夏季室内的舒适度。     

‘Why Can’t the Future be More Like the Past?’ Planning History Track,Association of European Schools of Planning (AESOP), Annual Congress,Department of Civic Design,University of Liverpool, 15–18 July 2009

AESOP’s 2009 Congress was hosted by the University of Liverpool as part of the centenary celebration of its Department of Civic Design, the world’s oldest university planning school. ‘Why Can’t the Future be More Like the Past?’ was the conference title on all the banners and conference bags – an oddly querulous question, nevertheless it did the trick in getting participants to think historically throughout AESOP 2009. Michael Hebbert and Dirk Schubert ran a planning history track for six of the conference’s seven parallel session slots. Their call for papers elicited 30 abstracts which reduced to 17 papers, a comfortable quantity allowing good time for presentation and discussion. The track had the fortune to be allocated a wood‐panelled Architecture lecture theatre with superb projection facilities – more than one speaker gasped at the glory of their own PowerPoint images.     

2013西安建筑遗产保护国际会议综述

与西方现代建筑不同,中国现代建筑的引进与发展,既与中国传统文化的抵抗、交融有关,又与中国特定的历史发展背景有关。在现代化与城市化快速推进的今天,对现代建筑遗产的保护成为中国社会反思现代性、反思现代化、进而为未来人居环境建设提供经验与教训的重要途径,在DOCOMOM0理念正式进入中国的背景下,2013西安建筑遗产保护国际大会的召开对推进我国现代建筑遗产保护事业将起到一定的作用,本文从国际现代建筑遗产保护工作新进展、现代主义东渐和现代建筑遗产的界定、现代建筑遗产保护的多元视角、不同进程共同遗产等几个方面进行了会议学术综述。     

Fast Motion Estimation Algorithm with Edge Alignment for H.264 Encoder

Image sequences processing and video encoding are extremely time consuming problems. The time complexity of them depends on image contents. This paper presents an estimation of a block motion method for video coding with edge alignment. This method uses blocks of size 4 × 4 and its basic idea is to find motion vector using the edge position in each video coding block. The method finds the motion vectors more accurately and faster than any known classical method that calculates all the possibilities. Our presented algorithm is compared with known classical algorithms using the evaluation function of the peak signal-to-noise ratio. For comparison of the methods we are using parameters such as time, CPU usage, and size of compressed data. The comparison is made on benchmark data in color format YUV. Results of our proposed method are comparable and in some cases better than results of standard classical algorithms.

根据天津冶金集团的发展需求,分析出建设视频会议系统的必要性。提出了多方异地视频会议系统建设的功能需求、原则及设计方法。该系统实现了客户实时沟通、产品演示、远程可视化技术支持和维护、员工培训及招聘等功能,节省了时间,提高了沟通质量和效率,取得了较好的经济效益。     

Circulating Tumor Cells (CTC) and Cell-Free DNA (cfDNA) Workshop 2016: Scientific Opportunities and Logistics for Cancer Clinical Trial Incorporation

Despite the identification of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and cell-free DNA (cfDNA) as potential blood-based biomarkers capable of providing prognostic and predictive information in cancer, they have not been incorporated into routine clinical practice. This resistance is due in part to technological limitations hampering CTC and cfDNA analysis, as well as a limited understanding of precisely how to interpret emergent biomarkers across various disease stages and tumor types. In recognition of these challenges, a group of researchers and clinicians focused on blood-based biomarker development met at the Canadian Cancer Trials Group (CCTG) Spring Meeting in Toronto, Canada on 29 April 2016 for a workshop discussing novel CTC/cfDNA technologies, interpretation of data obtained from CTCs versus cfDNA, challenges regarding disease evolution and heterogeneity, and logistical considerations for incorporation of CTCs/cfDNA into clinical trials, and ultimately into routine clinical use. The objectives of this workshop included discussion of the current barriers to clinical implementation and recent progress made in the field, as well as fueling meaningful collaborations and partnerships between researchers and clinicians. We anticipate that the considerations highlighted at this workshop will lead to advances in both basic and translational research and will ultimately impact patient management strategies and patient outcomes.

Can the revolution be optimised? Oh yes it can! But,maybe not. Report on the one day symposium on “Varieties of Enactivism”

The “Varieties of Enactivism: A Conceptual Geography” 4th April 2014, was a one day symposium which took place at Goldsmith University, London. The symposium had the explicit aim of clarifying the status of enactive cognitive science both as a unified paradigm for cognitive science and in relation to the broader embodied cognition framework. In what follows I offer a brief summery of the various talks followed by some thoughts on the current state of play within enactivism.
