我国天然彩棉的研发现状及发展趋势

对天然彩棉的历史、纤维特点、纤维的形态结构及性能作了简要介绍，重点介绍了我国彩棉的研发现状及研发中亟待解决的瓶颈问题，最后对彩棉在我国的发展前景进行了展望。     

The aggression paradox: Understanding links among aggression, sensation seeking, and the consideration of future consequences.

Four studies involving 573 female and 272 male college students demonstrated that multiple forms and measures of aggression were associated with high levels of sensation seeking, impulsivity, and a focus on the immediate consequences of behavior. Multiple regression analyses and structural equation models supported a theoretical model based on the general aggression model (C. A. Anderson & B. J. Bushman, 2002), positing that hostile cognition and negative affect mediate the relationships between the aforementioned individual differences and aggression. Sensation seeking also predicted a desire to engage in physical and verbal aggression. The final study demonstrated that relative to those scoring low, individuals scoring high on the consideration of future consequences are only less aggressive when aggression is likely to carry future costs. Cognitive adaptation, psychological adjustment, and disease progression among angioplasty patents: 4 years later.

The long-term effects of the Cognitive Adaptation Theory Index (CATI) on psychological and physical health outcomes among men (n=199) and women (n=99) treated for coronary artery disease with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty were examined. The CATI reflects a positive view of the self, a positive view of one's future, and a sense of personal control over daily life. This index was created from questionnaires administered during hospitalization for the initial angioplasty. Four years later, the CATI predicted positive adjustment to disease, even when initial adjustment was taken into consideration. In addition, the CATI predicted a reduced likelihood of sustaining a subsequent cardiac event over 4 yrs. This association was more robust for men. 中国石化低渗透油藏开发状况及前景

选择渗透率、油藏原始压力和油藏埋藏深度3个指标，结合中国石化已开发的286个低渗透油藏开发单元特点，将低渗透油藏细分并组合为深层高压特低渗透油藏、中深层常压特低渗透油藏、浅层低压特低渗透油藏、深层高压低渗透油藏、中深层常压低渗透油藏和浅层常压低渗透油藏6种主要类型，不同类型油藏开采特征差异较大。提出了加强储层和渗流机理研究、合理加密井网、实施精细注水、应用整体压裂改造和井筒提升技术、实施二氧化碳驱和天然气驱先导试验等改善低渗透油藏开发状况的思路，指出下一步应利用水平井和分支水平井开采各种类型低渗透油藏，提高油藏开发经济效益，开拓中国石化乃至中国低渗透油藏开发前景。

对胶体五乳化二锑的研究现状进行了回顾，详细概述了胶体五乳化二锑的各种制备方法及其特点和适用范围，讨论了两种成胶理论。针对目前存在的问题，对胶体五乳化二锑的研究方向及研究重点提出了几点建议。     

国内原油降凝剂研究概况

介绍了目前我国原油降凝剂应用现状、研究成果和应用的种类,综述了降凝剂的工作机理,并对今后研究提出了建议:加强降凝剂机理研究,开发适用范围更大的新型降凝剂,研究低温降凝剂,降凝剂研究应与输油工艺紧结合等。     

Robotics in the factory of the future: AI in manufacturing: The NBS AMRF as an intelligent machine

Within its Automated Manufacturing Research Facility (AMRF), the U.S. National Bureau of Standards (NBS) is addressing research issues in interface standards for the fully automated factory of the future for the production of small batches of discrete parts. Consisting of robots, machine tools and computers, the AMRF is being integrated using a real-time, sensory-feedback, data-driven hierarchical control architecture. As such, the AMRF is a research tool for investigating the manufacturing enterprise as a system of intelligent machines. This paper: (1) describes the AMRF in terms of its real-time control system architecture; (2) notes the role of symbolic languages, knowledge-representation, sensory-processing and other aspects of artificial intelligence in its development; and (3) speculates on further application of AI in future intelligent manufacturing systems similar in form to the AMRF.

Four scenarios for the IS organization of 2020 are described, based on differing assumptions about two drivers: the advances in the reliability of international telecommunications and the value placed on computerization in businesses and society.     

中国风电基地政策回顾与展望

回溯过往,我国风电基地经历了从“十五”风电基地概念提出,“十一五”风电基地不断发展,“十二五”风电基地面临“弃风”窘境,再到“十三五”外送型风电平价基地,走出了我国独有的基地开发模式。这期间,风电基地相关政策不断完善,为推动风电规模化发展奠定了良好的基础。展望“十四五”,风电基地的建设趋向于多元化,风电与其他能源互补开发、综合开发、创新示范,风电基地统一规划集中竞价,与生态环境协调发展将成为“十四五”风电基地政策的研究热点。
