节能减排主要依靠工业领域,工业余热利用是重要内容。本文从余热利用过程能量转换情况角度,概述了国内用于余热利用的热交换技术、热功转换余热发电技术及余热制冷制热技术及其设备的技术特点及应用概况,分析了工业余热利用中的存在的问题,认为需进一步推广余热锅炉及低温汽轮机余热发电技术,提高中高温余热的利用率,需要强化研究并掌握有机朗肯循环等300%以下低温余热发电技术,积极向工程应用推广,提高低品位余热利用率。  相似文献

喷射器性能及太阳能喷射制冷系统工质的优化   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
考虑实际流体热力学性质、混合效率和激波等因素,建立了喷射器热力学模型,计算结果与文献中实验数据吻合很好。文中计算了采用环境友好工质R134a、R152a、R717、R290、R600a时喷射系数及喷射制冷系统性能系数。结果表明,对于确定几何参数的喷射器,喷射系数和喷射制冷系统性能系数主要取决于膨胀比与压缩比,两者分别随膨胀比的增加而增大,压缩比的增加而减小。太阳能驱动喷射制冷系统时(发生温度在80℃左右),采用R134a可以使喷射系数和喷射制冷系统能效比最大,明显优于其他工质。  相似文献

对一种光伏直流冰箱系统的运行性能进行了实验研究,太阳能为此系统的唯一动力源,采用直流压缩机,系统中配有蓄电池。实验表明,冷冻室的最低温度可达-16℃,冷藏室可达0~10℃。该冰箱在25℃的环境温度下工作时,运转率为48%。在完全无日照的情况下,系统可以连续运行4d。并对该系统进行了分析。该冰箱可广泛应用于无电网、缺电地区(如偏远的山区、游牧地区、边防哨所等)的食品保鲜、冷冻和疫苗血浆等医疗制品的冷藏等。  相似文献

A novel solar-powered adsorption cooling system for low-temperature grain storage has been built, which consists of a solar-powered water heating system, a silica gel–water adsorption chiller, a cooling tower and a fan coil unit. The adsorption chiller is composed of two identical adsorption units, each of them containing an adsorber, a condenser, and an evaporator/receiver. The two water evaporators have been incorporated into one methanol evaporator by the use of the concept of a gravity heat pipe. In order to improve the system efficiency and achieve continuous cooling production, the adsorbers are operated out-of-phase, and heat and mass recovery processes have been used. During the period from July to September of 2004, the system was put into experimental operation to cool the headspace (i.e., the air volume above the grain) of a grain bin. Three months of operation showed promising performance. The chiller had a cooling power between 66 and 90 W per m2 of collector surface, with a daily solar cooling coefficient of performance (COPsolar) ranging from 0.096 to 0.13. The electric cooling COP was between 2.6 and 3.4.  相似文献

以D-R方程为依据,在热力分析的基础上对吸附-解吸过程作了比较准确的描述,给出的模型中,重新考虑了D-R方程中各参数的物理意义,并充分考虑了工质对热物质性如比热容,潜热等随温度变化的影响,基于该模型分析了几种重要因素如工质对的性质,循环工况,循环特性,尤其是吸附器的热容对吸附式制冷/热泵系数性能的影响,为系统的优化设计和优化运行提供了理论上的参考。  相似文献

根据现有汽车空调的制冷系统和发动机冷却水及排气系统的结构特点,结合溴化锂吸收式制冷系统的工作原理,提出将汽车排气管和发动机冷却水箱进行结构改造作为溴化锂吸收式制冷系统的发生器,代替传统的汽车空调的制冷和采暖系统及发动机冷却系统。并对该溴化锂制冷系统进行了热力计算和传热面积的计算,计算结果表明,溴化锂制冷系统充分利用了废气余热和冷却水余热,减少了汽车油耗,并且改造后的排气热交换器和冷却水箱传热面积小,结构简单紧凑。  相似文献

In this study, a detailed thermodynamic model for a refrigerator based on an irreversible Carnot cycle is developed with the focus on forced-air heat-exchangers. A multi-objective optimization procedure is implemented to find optimal design values for design variables. Minimizations of energy consumption and material cost were the two objectives considered. Since these objectives are conflicting, no single design will satisfy both simultaneously. The result of this research is a set of multiple optimum solutions, which are called ‘Pareto optimal solutions’. Air and refrigerant side correlations were combined with an elemental approach to model the heat exchangers. This paper presents a detailed design model development. A limited validation is presented with experimental test-data obtained from a typical household refrigerator. Detailed simulation models are typically complex and computationally demanding. An optimization algorithm requires several evaluations of such models. Response surface based metamodels for objective functions were used to save computational effort. A genetic-algorithm based optimization tool is used for multi-criteria optimization.  相似文献

An experimental jet-pump refrigeration system was designed and constructed to assess the performance of R245fa (1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane) as a suitable refrigerant. The paper describes and evaluates the results of experimental tests over a range of operating conditions. In addition, the effects of primary nozzle geometry on jet-pump performance are reported. Performance maps, useful for practical design and control are also provided. Experimental values of coefficient of performance (COP) between 0.25 and 0.7 were obtained. These results demonstrate that low-grade heat can be used to drive efficient jet-pump refrigeration systems, using R245fa as their working fluid, for high temperature applications, such air conditioning.  相似文献

As one kind of environmentally friendly refrigeration, the adsorption refrigeration has attracted many attentions in resent decades. This paper introduces the researches of adsorption refrigeration systems with the commonly used working pairs, advanced adsorption cycles, heat and mass transfer enhancement and attempts of adsorption refrigeration applications. Poor heat and mass transfer problem is a bottleneck to prevent the improvements of the adsorption refrigeration technique. Two ways to enhance the heat and mass transfer are discussed in this paper. The adsorption deterioration of adsorbent, another obstacle to physical adsorption refrigeration applications, is also pointed out. And the possible reasons and the possible methods are analyzed.  相似文献
