Egg Thiamine Status of Lake Ontario Salmonines 1995–2004 with Emphasis on Lake Trout

Alewives (Alosa pseudoharengus), the major prey fish for Lake Ontario, contain thiaminase. They are associated with development of a thiamine deficiency in salmonines which greatly increases the potential for developing an early mortality syndrome (EMS). To assess the possible effects of thiamine deficiency on salmonine reproduction we measured egg thiamine concentrations for five species of Lake Ontario salmonines. From this we estimated the proportion of families susceptible to EMS based on whether they were below the ED20, the egg thiamine concentration associated with 20% mortality due to EMS. The ED20s were 1.52, 2.63, and 2.99 nmol/g egg for Chinook salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha), lake trout (Salvelinus namaycush), and coho salmon (Oncorhynchus kisutch), respectively. Based on the proportion of fish having egg thiamine concentrations falling below the ED20, the risk of developing EMS in Lake Ontario was highest for lake trout, followed by coho (O. kisutch), and Chinook salmon, with the least risk for rainbow trout (O. mykiss). For lake trout from western Lake Ontario, mean egg thiamine concentration showed significant annual variability during 1994 to 2003, when the proportion of lake trout at risk of developing EMS based on ED20 ranged between 77 and 100%. Variation in the annual mean egg thiamine concentration for western Lake Ontario lake trout was positively related (p < 0.001, r² = 0.94) with indices of annual adult alewife biomass. While suggesting the possible involvement of density-dependent changes in alewives, the changes are small relative to egg thiamine concentrations when alewife are not part of the diet and are of insufficient magnitude to allow for natural reproduction by lake trout.

EMS中负荷预测不良数据的辨识与修正

分析了实际电力系统中负荷异常数据的主要成因，并针对2类主要的坏数据各自的特点，分别使用不同的方法处理负荷预测样本数据。针对自动化系统故障造成的坏数据，提出了具有负荷预测应用特点的总加值动态多源处理技术，从而能够充分利用采集设备或网络通道对负荷总加值而言的多重冗余配置；针对大负荷的突发性偶然波动造成的坏数据，采用对电网终端负荷的逐一扫描辨识，部分避免了对单一总加数据预处理的误判和漏判。     

Distributed architecture for energy management D-structure

Electric power systems are expanding in size and complexity, and the requirement for the energy management system (EMS) is becoming more important. In this computer control system, a single control computer is used mainly as the primary computer and its software is very complicated because of its hugh number of small, quick tasks to obtain high response speed. Therefore, much effort is needed to develop and modify the programs, and the responsiveness of this centralized architecture varies greatly when many faults occur in the power system. This paper describes a new distributed architecture for the EMS. Distributed processors execute the functions cooperatively with periodic access to the common bulletin board database in which information about the power system exist. This architecture facilitates the software development and maintenance, and it also enhances the performance by the parallel processing of the distributed functions.     

海洋石油平台EMS系统的设计与实现

介绍海洋石油平台电力组网的EMS系统设计。针对海上石油平台电网的特点,提出了集SCADA、在线安控及电站综合自动化等功能为一体的EMS系统建设方案,并对EMS的有功功率(频率)控制、电压无功控制、优先脱扣、高周切机、通信故障控制策略进行研究,解决了小电网的安全稳定控制问题。     

长光程与传统点式污染气体监测技术对比

结合2类大气成分观测仪器的技术特点,对OPSIS AB DOAS系统和ThermoSCIENTIFIC EMS系统分别监测的南京郊区2009年冬季和2010年春季O3、NO2、SO2质量浓度数据进行了质量控制和分析对比,简要分析了这3种气体浓度的季节变化特征.对2009年秋季分别采用2种仪器观测的南京城区和郊区的污染情况进行了对比,分析了城郊差异.结果表明:2套系统对相同气体的测量结果相关性较好,DOAS系统的测量值受大气中水汽和气溶胶影响较大,普遍高于EMS系统,绝对值相差范围在14%～25%之间;南京郊区冬季大气中SO2和NO2质量浓度较高,O3质量浓度较低,春季反之;NO2质量浓度曲线与O3呈负相关;秋季城区NO2质量浓度较高,日变化呈双峰型,郊区呈单峰型;城郊O3日变化均呈单峰型,城区日变化幅度较大;SO2日变化在城区呈单峰型,在郊区呈双峰型.     

电磁搅拌对高碳钢小方坯质量的影响

对结晶器电磁搅拌和末端电磁搅拌改善优质碳素钢连铸小方坯质量的工业性对比试验进行总结,结果表明,在现有的工艺条件下,选择合适的搅拌参数可较好地改善连铸坯的中心裂纹、中间裂纹、中心疏松、缩孔、角部裂纹和中心碳偏析.
