介绍了一种对物体尺寸精密测量的方法。该方法采用线阵CCD作为光电传感器件,通过对CCD输出信号进行二值化处理并从计算机获得数字式信号,从而实现对物体尺寸的精确检测。测量结果表明:与其他传统的检测方法相比,该方法具有测量精度高、速度快,操作简单,检测过程中运行稳定等优点,在工业生产的尺寸测量中有实用价值。  相似文献

基于计算机视觉技术,研究了辅助测量人体关键尺寸参数的方法。进行了CCD图像人物轮廓的提取、人像肩部特征点的识别、眼睛位置信息的识别及图像标定算法的设计。实验表明,该方法可有效地解决人体关键尺寸参数的非接触测量问题,对于面向汽车座椅设计的人机工程学研究具有重要的实际价值。  相似文献

During the industrial forging or rolling of hot steel shells, the raw material utilization ratio is very low because of the absence of precise on-line measurement instrument for the forging dimensions. In order to reduce the waste and increase the productivity, the pulse laser measuring instrument with dual PRRR mechanism has been developed in this study. The adjusting algorithm of rotary table based on the dual PRRR mechanism has been presented, which ensures that the scanning plane is perpendicular to the axis of cylinder shell. So the circle fitting can be adopted and the robust and accurate dimensions can be obtained rapidly by the present data-processing method. The measurement error of cold cylinder shell’s diameter is less than 3 mm. The measuring results of hot steel shells are also very accurate. The present system has been used in the rolling production of large hot steel shells, which enhances the raw material utilization ratio during the rolling.  相似文献

This paper presents some aspects of design approach, modeling, and experimental measurement results of a fiber optic-based surface topography measurement sensor that can measure surface roughness as well as the distance between the sensor tip and a surface and surface inclination angles. The working principle of the sensor is based on the detection of light intensity reflecting from the surface being measured. The sensor is very small and easy to operate. It can be attached to a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to measure surface position coordinates, inclination angles, and surface roughness in a noncontact manner at one measurement setup. A theoretical model of intensity distribution and intensity detection has been established for the sensor. A three-factor and three-level experiment was designed to investigate the relationship between sensor performance and sensor design parameters. Two second-order regression models have been generated, which show that the central distance between the emitting and receiving fibers of a sensor has the strongest influence on the effective range of the sensor; whereas, the critical angle of a receiving fiber influences the sensitivity of the sensor most.  相似文献

This paper describes a unique single camera-based dimensional measurement with a self-calibration method of image-based measurement. The system has been designed and implemented in one of the integrated steel plants in India. The purpose of the system is to obtain the frontal cross-sectional area of an ingot irrespective of its distance from the camera head. Automatic calibration is achieved by attaching a magnetic template of known area. This self-calibrating system is further refined to correct for the various distortions arising out of lens characteristics. The results obtained through field trials have been reported and found to be quite encouraging.  相似文献

The development of an image-based measurement system for area and volume estimation is reported here with a novel idea of area projection with partial information. The measurement system has been put into a field trial in one of the Integrated Steel Plants in India. The estimated error was limited to ±0.5% with a high degree of repeatability.  相似文献
