电信业的客户投诉不断增多而又亟待高效处理。针对电信客户投诉数据的特点,提出了一种面向高维数据的改进的集成学习分类方法。该方法综合考虑客户投诉中的文本信息及客户通讯状态信息,基于Random Subspace方法,以支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)为基分类器,采用证据推理(Evidential Reasoning,ER)规则为一种新的集成策略,构造分类模型对电信客户投诉进行分类。所提模型和方法在某电信公司客户投诉数据上进行了验证,实验结果显示该方法能够显著提高客户投诉分类的准确率和投诉处理效率。  相似文献

针对在传统的客户流失预测数据预处理中,使用one-hot编码处理离散属性导致数据维度增加及数据过于稀疏的问题,提出了两种基于多层感知机的改进后的客户流失预测模型。其主要思想是分别使用堆叠自编码器和实体嵌入两种方法对多层感知机进行改进,通过将离散属性的高维编码数据向低维空间映射,有效地减少了one-hot编码产生的稀疏数据,增加了离散属性值之间的关联度。在对两份公开的数据集进行交叉验证后的实验结果表明,改进后的模型既有效地提高了预测的准确度,又维持了传统多层感知机模型在并行化计算方面的优势。  相似文献

Production planning and control (PPC) systems that employ aspects from both make-to-order (MTO) and make-to-stock (MTS) production control are known as hybrid MTS/MTO systems. While both MTO and MTS separately have been studied extensively, their combined use has received less attention. However, the literature on this topic is growing and this paper shows that the review performed in this paper is an important addition to the field. We categorise relevant literature according to a novel taxonomy and show that hybrid MTS/MTO production control can be used in different contexts. In addition, an overview of the modelling techniques and methods used in these papers is provided. Based on the reviewed literature, relevant research questions and directions for future research are identified. Finally, it is shown that hybrid MTS/MTO production control is prevalent in practice by discussing research with industrial applications. The paper contains an overview of research on hybrid MTS/MTO production control to be used as reference for researchers active in the field, and provides managerial insights and directions for future research on this topic.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

With a greater number of B2B firms integrating customers into the new product development (NPD) process, how to utilize customer involvement in NPD is an important decision because it may be a double-edged sword carrying both bright and dark sides. Utilizing a sample of 193 B2B firms across various industries, we validate previous research that suggests market orientation positively influences NPD performance and subsequently examine how this relationship may either be enhanced or diminished contingent upon how customers are utilized in the NPD process. The results show that the market orientation–NPD performance relationship is enhanced by having customers participate in a greater number of activities throughout NPD (customer participation breadth) and diminished when customers are involved at deeper levels (customer participation depth). This research suggests that the exact involvement of customers is a critical decision and has clear implications for the dialogues about customer involvement and management of customer relationships.  相似文献

针对金融领域中智能客服的句子相似度计算方法进行了研究。利用基于词性的分词纠正模型减少中文歧义词、金融相关词汇的分词错误;通过词向量方法和循环神经网络分别提取词语级和句子级的语义特征,并且得到句子向量;用融合层计算出句子向量间的差异特征;对差异特征进行降维和归一化得到句子相似度计算结果。实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的准确率和[F1]值。  相似文献

We consider a small traditional retailer that is managing its inventory under strict cash constraints, mainly because typically informal loans are offered to customers. These stores are widely present in emerging markets, and we refer to them as nanostores (also called ‘mom-and-pop stores’). As the suppliers require immediate payments for goods delivered, a nanostore can only replenish products to the level for which it has on-hand cash available. To improve delivery efficiency, a supplier might offer a nanostore credit for its replenishments. However, currently, suppliers are often reluctant to do so as these nanostores quickly go bankrupt or disappear, hence defaulting on all outstanding credits. The objective of this paper is to determine when it is beneficial to offer supplier credits. We propose a multi-period, stochastic inventory model, and numerically compare scenarios with and without supplier credits. Our study shows that even in the presence of this risk, suppliers often have good incentives to provide these credits, even if interest is not incurred. For this to hold, the operations of the retailer should be (a little) profitable in the first place, for which we provide analytical conditions.  相似文献

针对电力大数据流的异常检测问题,该文将流数据聚类算法与电力大数据相结合,针对现有流数据聚类算法不易存储全部数据、断电数据易丢失等问题,以及流数据聚类算法对于离线阶段聚类算法实时应答的要求,从数据的完整性、安全性以及流数据聚类算法的低时间复杂度的角度出发,对CluStream流数据聚类算法进行改进,提出流式K-means聚类算法。对在线阶段,使用Redis集群进行流数据的缓冲,并设计节点时间衰减策略,增大心跳消息中有效消息所占比例;对离线阶段聚类算法进行优化,使用最佳距离法确定初始聚类中心,减少迭代次数;最后,使用所提出的流式K-means聚类算法进行用户用电异常行为检测,实验结果表明,该算法能够很好的发现用户用电异常行为。  相似文献

The background to and technical deficiencies of the EC Drinking Water Directive are discussed. Although the inadequacies of the Directive are becoming increasingly recognized, there is no doubt that it has had a major impact on the UK water industry, much of which will be beneficial in the long term. However, it has provided a significant challenge to water suppliers on technical and environmental issues, as well as in new areas such as publicity and customer awareness. The water industry should be seen to be responding to the situation vigorously and positively to meet the spirit of the Directive, whilst seeking technical refinements which will make it a more practicable piece of legislation for the future.  相似文献

Before privatization of the water authorities in England and Wales in 1989, future water companies were instructed to provide auditable proof of their investment requirements by the production of asset management plans.
With respect to distribution systems for potable water, asset management plan studies have established that unlined ferrous mains are often the main cause of complaints about discoloured water. It has also been found that the investment in water mains rehabilitation, which is driven by water quality problems, overshadows similar investment requirements driven by high burst rates and poor hydraulic performance.
This paper describes how certain techniques of water quality modelling have been developed and refined to provide a rapid, cost-effective method for identifying requirements for water-main rehabilitation.  相似文献

During the 1960s and 1970s, Japanese housingmanufacturers focused solely on the `massproduction' of their products, resulting in asupply of virtually identical, rathermonotonous houses. Due to the `inferior' imageassociated with the low-quality appearance ofthese houses, the public immediately rejectedthem. Since then, manufacturers have placedgreater emphasis on improving industrializedhousing quality, and thereby customersatisfaction, such that today Japanese housingmanufacturers enjoy a reputation for providingquality housing that, while stillmass-produced, is customized – i.e., `masscustomization'.In order to meet today's diverse demands forhousing, Japanese manufacturers apply a quality-oriented production approach in themanufacturing of industrialized homes based ona cost-performance marketing strategy,which considerably increases housing quality byproviding standard fittings. As a result,even though affordable homes are still ingreat demand, manufacturers have actually beensuccessful in producing and marketing more expensive high-quality homes. This studyexamines the effect of the quality-orientedproduction approach on the delivery ofprefabricated homes in Japan, and highlightsthe interrelationship between thequality-oriented industrialized productionmethod that, in theory, helps reduceproduction costs and the marketing strategiesaimed at maintaining relatively highretail housing prices.  相似文献
