Value stream mapping approach and analytical network process to identify and prioritize production system’s Mudas (case study: natural fibre clothing manufacturing company)

The current research has been done to identify and prioritize the Mudas of the production line of a natural fibre clothing manufacturing company; in this way, value stream mapping has been used to identify the Mudas, then analytical hierarchy method has been used to screen the Mudas. In the first step, necessary information to design value stream of production process has been obtained by observation, measurement and interview; afterward, according to the obtained information and by forming a focus group, Mudas in the production line have been identified and prioritized according to seven categories of Mudas. In order to prioritizing the Mudas by the usage of analytical hierarchy method, the Super Decision software has been applied. Then, according to the obtained priorities, suggested map of the future value system has been drawn and some suggestions have been presented to eliminate Mudas and move towards the lean manufacturing.

Value drivers of blockchain technology: A case study of blockchain-enabled online community

There is growing recognition that blockchain technology has significant potential to alter how organizations and people work and communicate. However, theoretical guidance concerning how organizations leverage blockchain technology to enhance value creation for users is still limited. Grounded in the socio-technical perspective and leveraging the rich data obtained from case analyses of blockchain-enabled online communities, this paper develops a theoretical model to identify the core value drivers that blockchain enables for online communities. The core value drivers include: a reputation-value system, data ownership mechanisms, and verification & tracking mechanisms. Our findings suggest that these three value drivers enhance value creation of online communities by motivating participation and protecting contributions.     

Structural Characteristics and Contemporary Value of Traditional Water Cultural Landscapes in Huizhou Region

Water culture is one of the key issues in Water Ecological Civilization. China’s traditional water cultural landscape embodies rich water cultures, and have a significance in related research and protection practice. This paper proposes the concept of “water cultural landscape,” that is, the landscape formed through humans’ environmental alteration during water activities—including how people use, transform, and manage it. The traditional water cultural landscapes in Huizhou Region have developed over hundreds of years, reflecting the locals’ wisdom in sustainable water use. The water cultural landscape in Huizhou Region should be interpreted as a systematic notion, in which all landscape elements such as ponds, weirs, and shuikous are interdependent, composing the landscape components e.g. valleys, hills, and basins, and establishing water security patterns for cities, towns, villages, and for production. The traditional water cultural landscape in Huizhou Region requires local generations’ long-term maintenance and management, and in turn it is also vital to Huizhou people's life and Huizhou culture. Today, it acts as an ecological infrastructure for sponge countryside and sponge city construction, and an important resource for heritage protection and tourism development.     

3种油脂酸价测定方法的比较

目的研究现行国标中3种油脂酸价测定方法对不同类别植物食用油的检测效果。方法选取花生油、大豆油、玉米油、葵花籽油、菜籽油、橄榄油共6种油样采用这3方法进行酸价测定,通过分析测试结果和存在问题,提出不同测定方法的较佳适用对象和选择依据。结果6种油脂都是冷溶剂自动电位滴定法的平行测定标准差最小,热乙醇指示剂滴定法次之,冷溶剂指示剂滴定法的方差都较大。结论冷溶剂自动电位滴定法通用性最好;冷溶剂自动电位滴定法稳定性最好,热乙醇指示剂滴定法次之,冷溶剂指示剂滴定法的稳定性相对较差。     

Full AC analysis of value of DER to the grid and optimal DER scheduling

This paper presents part of the work ComEd and Quanta Technology have performed to quantify the locational and temporal value of DER to avoid distribution grid upgrade investments. It focuses on the formulation of a robust and efficient algorithm for DER optimal dispatch on a distribution feeder to mitigate the violation of current and voltage limits using the allocated cost of capacity and locational marginal value of real and reactive DER injection/withdrawal.

指甲花叶色素对涤纶织物染色及防紫外线整理

文中研究了指甲花叶色素对涤纶织物染色及防紫外线整理,首先探讨了涤纶织物高温高压指甲花叶色素直接染色的较优工艺,并以硫酸铝钾和单宁酸作为媒染剂对织物进行后媒染色,探讨了媒染剂媒染对染色性能及防紫外线效果的影响。结果表明,指甲花色素对涤纶织物高温高压直接染色工艺较优条件为:染色温度125℃、染色时间60 min、染液浓度30 g/L和pH值=3,染色后织物耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度满足穿着要求,且具有一定的防紫外线性能;硫酸铝钾和单宁酸作为媒染剂对涤纶织物后媒染色有利于提升指甲花叶色素上染涤纶织物的效果及防紫外线能力。
