对经过二级变形时效处理后的Cu-Ni-Si合金进行不同变形量的冷变形后,再进行退火处理,研究了变形量对合金抗软化性、再结晶组织和再结晶动力学行为的影响。研究结果表明:再结晶晶粒在晶界处形成,大的变形量能够提高再结晶的形核速率。经40%变形的合金的软化温度为470℃,再结晶温度在550℃左右;在400℃退火时,合金发生再结晶的激活能为162 kJ/mol。再结晶的激活能随变形量的增加而降低,当变形量由40%增至80%时,再结晶激活能由162 kJ/mol降至140 kJ/mol。  相似文献

本工作利用透射电子显微镜研究了两种丝径不同的掺杂钨丝的再结晶组织特征,0.4mm的钨丝在2100℃退火状态下呈现不均匀再结晶,而1.25mm的钨丝却强烈地反映出钾泡阻碍晶界迁移和对位错的钉扎作用。作者指出:在研究0.4mm以下掺杂钨丝的再结晶行为时,钾泡的分布状态固然重要,但还应着重研究深度拉拔在纤维组织和织构方面对延缓再结晶过程的作用。对这个问题的深入研究,有利于寻求合理的工艺参数。  相似文献

Biogenic hydroxyapatites from mammalian bones naturally contain traces of ions, like Mg, which play a vital role in the bone remodeling process. In this way, synthetic hydroxyapatites should include this kind of mineral. In this work, hydroxyapatite added with Mg was synthesized by wet precipitation using (NH4)H2PO4, Ca(NO3)2.4H2O, and Mg(NO3)2.6H2O (0, 0.032, 0.061, and 0.123 ​M). Inductively coupled plasma and X-ray diffraction evidenced the Mg inclusion in the hydroxyapatite lattice in the same levels reported for natural hydroxyapatites. The calcination at 600 ​°C was performed to remove the reaction by-products, but it also gave rise to physicochemical changes as the coalescence and crystals recrystallization. It produced, in turn, an improvement in the crystalline quality, according to Raman analysis. Despite those physicochemical changes, all the samples remained nanometric according to scanning electron microscopy imaging.  相似文献

Controlling the texture of tantalum sheets is of critical importance to fabricate good sputtering targets. In the present study two tantalum sheets were produced by clock rolling to 70% thickness reduction in 1 or 2 cycles. The results show that the stored energy and grain subdivision within the {111} grains {<111>//normal direction (ND)} after 1 cycle are significantly higher than those after 2 cycles, leading to fast recrystallization kinetics and strong {111} recrystallized texture upon annealing. Simulations with Taylor model indicate that shear strain occurred on more slip systems in the 2-cycle sample, which could explain the formation of cell blocks in {111} grains.  相似文献

发现了一种合成1-烷基苯磺酸钠的新方法,使用这种方法合成了1-十二、1-十四、1-十六和1-十八烷基苯磺酸钠,HPLC表明,该方法合成的1-烷基苯磺酸钠具有很高的纯度.气相色谱分析表明,1-溴代烷和苯的烷基化反应生成的烷基苯中大约含有30%的1-位异构体.使用乙醇和水的混合溶剂进行重结晶可获得高纯度的1-烷基苯磺酸钠.产品的结构通过NMR和MS等分析方法进行了确认.  相似文献

Effects of low clock rolling passes on through-thickness deformation and recrystallization behavior of the Ta sheet have been investigated. The clock-rolled samples with one cycle (8 passes) were systematically examined under different thickness layers. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray diffraction line profile analysis (XLPA) showed that the extremely inhomogeneous texture evolution generated and the bulk stored energy existed in the through-thickness clock-rolled Ta sheet after 8 passes. The electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) results revealed the misorientation of the grains in the deformed samples, indicating that grain subdivision in the surface and center layer was more serious than that in the quarter layer. High intensities misorientation indicates the presence of microshear bands in the surface and center layer. During annealing, the difference of the stored energy and the fragmentation of deformation microstructure along the thickness led to a heterogeneous driving force for the nucleation of the grains, resulting in subsequent different recrystallization rate in the different regions of the sample.  相似文献

Turbine discs in gas-turbine engines always experience high-temperature and high-stress environment. Extensive investigations have been performed towards achieving high performance. Deformation behaviors and degradation factors above normal service temperature are important to be comprehensively understood for further development and optimization of turbine disc superalloys. In this study, the low cycle fatigue behaviors were investigated under total strain amplitude control in U720 Li disc superalloys. The results revealed that with the increasing strain, the number of dislocation increased and dislocation configuration transferred from pile-up at the matrix/γ′ precipitates interfaces to penetrating into γ′ precipitates. The great extent of recrystallization was found above the normal service temperature through transmission-EBSD combined with TEM analysis. The low cycle fatigue property above the normal service temperature was weakened to a large extent after recrystallization of small-angle grains formed by the dislocation substructures and movements. Large extent of local recrystallization could also provide much more sites for the crack initiation and propagation.  相似文献
