HCV基因分型在丙肝诊断和治疗中的应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 建立HCV基因分型方法,研究HCV基因型与肝病程度的关系,探讨HCV基因型与IFN-a2b抗病毒疗效的关系。方法 HCV基因组NS5区PCR扩增产物酶切分型。结果 73例HCV感染者中有HCVⅡ型45例,HCVⅢ型28例。Ⅱ型HCV感性肝炎31例,肝硬化14例;Ⅲ型HCV感染者中有慢性肝炎26例,肝硬化2例。Ⅱ型HCV感染者的肝硬化发生率显著高于Ⅲ型HCV感染者(P〈0.05)。所有病人均应  相似文献

2002年和2003年通过大田试验。探讨了3种不同磷效率的基因型大豆在不同磷素水平下的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(CS)、胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)及蒸腾速率(Tr)的差异.结果表明:4项指标间存在着显著的正相关。低磷胁迫下大豆磷高效基因型光合能力明显高于磷低效基因型.  相似文献

目的探讨吉林地区尖锐湿疣患者感染人乳头瘤病毒的基因类型和分布.方法收集临床病理学诊断为尖锐湿疣的疣体142例,采用DNA扩增技术检测疣体HPV基因类型.结果在142例标本中,127例(89.3%)基因型为HPV6/11和12例(8.5%)为HPV16/18.结论本地区尖锐湿疣患者感染低危型HPV6和HPV11型为主,少数为高危型HPV16和HPV18型.  相似文献

不同基因型梅花组织培养增殖率差异   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
对南京中山陵8个类型10个国际登录品种(基因型)梅花试管增殖率的差异性进行了研究,结果表明:在改良WPM ZT1.0 mg/L TDZ0.01 mg/L BA1.0 mg/L NAA0.15 mg/L S2%的培养基中,10种基因型的平均增殖率为3.38,低于1.8以下的观测值占总数的25%,同一培养基配方不能应用于梅花的多品种培养;增殖率的方差分析和多重比较显示,差异的显著性在不同基因型间水平不同,离散性和集中性具有分组特性,可以通过调整培养基配方,进行分组培养;影响梅花试管芽苗增殖率的差异主要因子是细胞分裂素的浓度水平,两者关系可用拟合的二次式模型表示,并可用于梅花品种的分组繁殖.  相似文献

以前的研究显示Smad3基因剔除 (Smad3ex8 ex8)导致小鼠发生渐进性的白细胞增多症、牙周炎、胃炎、肠炎以及粘膜表面附近脓肿形成的慢性感染。对有症状的Smad3ex8 ex8小鼠淋巴结的组织学及免疫表型分析显示T细胞有增强的增殖能力及活化的表型。进一步的研究表明Smad3ex8 ex8小鼠胸腺细胞及外周T细胞彻底失去了对TGF β的应答。此外 ,Smad3ex8 ex8突变纯合子小鼠还表现出典型的骨关节炎、骨质疏松和创伤愈合速度加快表型。因此 ,Smad3ex8 ex8突变纯合子小鼠有可能作为研究粘膜免疫缺陷和骨性关节炎等疾病发生的分子机制的模型动物 ,为了…  相似文献

Using morphometric studies of colonial (clonal) organisms such as Bryozoa grown as replicates in controlled laboratory experiments, phenotypic variation (hard part morphology) can be partitioned into its genotypic and environmental (ecophenotypic) components. The interaction between these, i.e. different genotypic responses to the same environmental change, can also be recognized. Palaeobiological studies are inherently constrained by species concepts based on morphotypes (preserved morphological phenotype). Uncertainties associated with fossil species concepts restrict the deductive resolution potential of fossil taxa in discussions of the broader biological questions of species evolution, ecology, biogeography and phylogeny. The relationship between species-level morphological variation and genetic variation in modern taxa is central to evaluating the viability of fossil morphotypes as biological species. Results from a preliminary study of three genotypes of Electra pilosa L., grown as replicate colonies in tanks comprising different microenvironmental conditions, allow for direct evaluation of morphospecies concepts. Numerical analyses (Cluster Analysis, Principal Component Analysis and Two-way ANOVA) of six morphometric characters demonstrated a strong Genotype control over zooid morphology and limited environmental (Tank) effects with minimal environmental differences among tanks. No significant Genotype by Tank (=environment) interactions were found for any characters. These results demonstrate that it is possible to quantify the extent to which a given trait is plastically expressed in different environments. The strong degree of correlation between morphology and genetics for this species is encouraging for the use of morphotypes as proxies for biological species.  相似文献

The number of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) whole genomic sequences in public nucleotide databases (GenBank, EMBL, and DDBJ) had reached 866 by January 1, 2007. Coming from 46 countries and regions, these sequences were categorized as eight genotypes (A–H). With the statistical and phylogenetic analysis on all available complete genomic data of HBV, we here present an overview of HBV sequences in public databases. From all registered 229 HBV genomes in Chinese regions as well as 59 sequencing data from our research group, we report the establishment of reference sequences of HBV strains prevailing in China. These analyses provide clues for the e?ects of HBV genotypes in host clinical progressions, geographic distribution of the infection, and the viral evolutionary history. Moreover, the viral sequence reference would be helpful in the identification of various HBV mutations. Based on the analysis of various public databases, we suggest that the Chinese HBV database with the clinical information should be constructed.  相似文献

研究了16种基因型大花蕙兰芽增殖快繁繁殖系数的差异性。结果表明:(1)在给定的同一培养基中,16种基因型的平均繁殖系数为2.33,繁殖系数低于2.10以下的观测值占总数的50%,相同培养基配方在多品种种苗生产中不能应用;(2)繁殖系数的方差分析和多重比较显示,差异的显著性在不同基因型间达不同水平,离散性和集中性具有分组特性,可以用适度的配方方案探讨分组规律;(3)影响芽增殖繁殖系数差异的主要因子是细胞分裂素的浓度水平,二者关系可用二次式模型拟合,拟合的模型可应用于大花蕙兰的分组快繁。  相似文献
