300M超高强钢在中性盐雾环境中的腐蚀行为及机制

摘要：为了研究300M超高强钢在中性盐雾环境中的腐蚀行为及腐蚀机制，采用失重法，宏观、微观腐蚀形貌分析，三维表面轮廓分析及电化学分析的研究方法，来表征腐蚀实验现象并进行分析。结果表明：300M超高强钢在中性盐雾环境中的腐蚀产物为FeOOH、Fe2O3、Fe(OH)3和Fe3O4；腐蚀速率随着腐蚀时间逐渐降低，腐蚀后期（72h）腐蚀速率降低50%；腐蚀初期以点蚀为主，点蚀坑通过横向扩展，逐渐发展为后期的均匀腐蚀，腐蚀表面形貌呈沟壑状；外腐蚀层对基体的保护能力很弱，Cr元素在锈层靠近基体的一侧偏聚使内腐蚀层具有一定的抗腐蚀性。     

糯扎渡水电站机组主保护方案

结合糯扎渡水电站大型机组的发电机结构、发电机中性点引出方式及主接线对发电机主保护方案进行了分析研究，提出了发变组主保护方案，并初步确定了发电机中性点CT配置方案。同时也对主要的后备保护及异常运行保护进行了分析，并提出了设置方案。

公伯峡变压器中性点经小电抗接地对线路操作过电压的影响

变压器中性点经小电抗接地可以有效地限制单相短路电流。文章就中性点小电抗的接入对系统的操作过电压的影响进行了研究。通过计算和分析表明：变压器中性点接入小电抗对系统的操作过电压基本不会产生影响。     

300MW燃油直流炉机组的给水联合处理

本文介绍了给水联合处理的原理及其优点以及在望亭电厂的1台300MW亚临界燃油直流炉上进行这项处理的工业性试验的过程、效果及存在问题。最后作者对给水联合处理能否取得成效的关键提出了意见。     

单输入中立型时滞系统的镇定

本文考虑了单输人中立型时滞系统的镇定问题。利用Byrnes等人提出的中立型时滞系统的模型,我们证明:如果系统是非奇异的,则系统可镇定的充要条件是其谱可镇定。     

Neutral fitness landscapes in signalling networks

Biological and technological systems process information by means of cascades of signals. Be they interacting genes, spiking neurons or electronic transistors, information travels across these systems, producing, for each set of external conditions, an appropriate response. In technology, circuits performing specific complex tasks are designed by humans. In biology, however, design has to be ruled out, confronting us with the question of how these systems could have arisen by accumulation of small changes. The key factor is the genotype-phenotype map. With the exception of RNA folding, not much is known about the exact nature of this mapping. Here, we show that structure of the genotype-phenotype map of simple feed-forward circuits is very close to the ones found in RNA; they have a large degree of neutrality, by which a circuit can be completely rewired keeping its input-output function intact, and there is a relatively small neighbourhood of a given circuit containing almost all the phenotypes.     

Neural Networks Analysis of Steel Plate Processing Augmented by Multi‐objective Genetic Algorithms

An earlier neural network analysis of processing of steel plates through hot rolling was subjected to a further refined analysis through some flexible neural networks that evolved using a multi‐objective predator‐prey genetic algorithm. The original data set expressing the Yield Strength and Ultimate Tensile Strength of the rolled slabs in terms of a total of 108 process variables were subjected to a systematic pruning through this evolutionary approach, till the nitrogen content of the steel emerged as the most significant input variable. A theoretical explanation is provided for this slightly unexpected result.

用ＦＯＳＥＣＳ研究了中性红的光谱电化学特性，测定了它的热力学函数、条件平衡常数和参加电极反应的Ｈ＾＋数，其结果与文献值一致。
