Simultaneous determination of mycotoxin in commercial coffee

Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by filamentous fungi that usually contaminate food products. Coffee is a natural product susceptible to mycotoxin contamination. The present study evaluates the presence of nivalenol, deoxynivalenol, T-2 and HT-2 Toxin, diacetoxyscirpenol, aflatoxin B₁, aflatoxin B₂, aflatoxin G₁, aflatoxin G₂, fumonisin B₁, fumonisin B₂, ochratoxin A, zearalenone, enniatin A, enniatin A₁, enniatin B, enniatin B₁, and beauvericin in coffee samples, using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The results show that zearalenone was not present in any sample. In the positive samples the contents of fumonisins ranged from 58.62 to 537.45 μg/kg, emerging mycotoxins ranged from 0.10 to 3569.92 μg/kg, aflatoxins ranged from 0.25 to 13.12 μg/kg, and trichothecenes, excepting nivalenol, ranged from 5.70 to 325.68 μg/kg. Nivalenol presented the highest concentrations, from 0.40 to 25.86 mg/kg. Ochratoxin A ranged from 1.56 to 32.40 μg/kg, and five samples exceeded the maximum limit established by the European Commission.

红细胞瞬间磁化试剂的制备与应用

目的研制用于ABO、RHD血型检测试剂的红细胞瞬间磁化试剂。方法采用共沉淀法制备磁性粒子,并检测其主要成分及粒径大小,用此磁性粒子制备红细胞瞬间磁化试剂,并分别进行各项检测。结果磁性粒子的主要成分为四氧化三铁,粒径100nm左右。该试剂的外观及特异性均合格,磁响应时间不超过30s,重复性较好,敏感性为98.20%,与试管法检测结果比较,差异无显著意义。结论红细胞瞬间磁化试剂可用于红细胞系统的血型检测。     

基于Qt的无线即时通信系统的设计

提出一种基于对等网络模型的的无线即时通信系统,该系统使用S3C2410为微处理器,在Qt 4.5 for Embeded Linux开发平台上,提供了ipmsg协议的实现,支持局域网内部点对点的即时通信和文件传输,实现了与PC之间点对点的消息、文件/文件夹、图片的发送.     

Efficient collision-free path-planning of multiple mobile robots system using efficient artificial bee colony algorithm

This paper aims to propose a novel design approach for on-line path planning of the multiple mobile robots system with free collision. Based on the artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm, we propose an efficient artificial bee colony (EABC) algorithm for solving the on-line path planning of multiple mobile robots by choosing the proper objective function for target, obstacles, and robots collision avoidance. The proposed EABC algorithm enhances the performance by using elite individuals for preserving good evolution, the solution sharing provides a proper direction for searching, the instant update strategy provides the newest information of solution. By the proposed approach, the next positions of each robot are designed. Thus, the mobiles robots can travel to the designed targets without collision. Finally, simulation results of illustration examples are introduced to show the effectiveness and performance of the proposed approach.     

Media Niche of Electronic Communication Channels in Friendship: A Meta‐Analysis

The current landscape of communication technologies is characterized by a wide variety of choices. As each medium provides different affordances, each may occupy a different niche and be used in different relationships. Drawing on the theory of the niche, we did a meta‐analysis involving 27 effect sizes from 22 independent samples to test the correlation between media selection/use and friendship closeness. Results showed that the 5 communication channels filled 2 different friendship closeness niches. Mobile phone calls and texting had stronger positive correlations with friendship closeness than instant messaging, social network sites, and online gaming. Culture, but not gender, moderated some of these correlations: Friendship closeness had a stronger positive association with SNS use and online gaming in collectivist cultures.

基于XMPP技术的短信增值业务设计

针对现在XMPP(Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol)即时通信所存在的服务手段单一问题,通过对XMPP协议分析,应用XMPP服务器的模块化结构,给出了一种结合现有短信协议来达到定制各种短信业务的新设计,并对系统实现方法进行阐述。
