教学型智能制造生产线的设计

以智能制造主要技术元素为切入点,设计了教学型智能制造生产线。介绍了企业资源计划系统、制造执行系统、立体仓储单元、工业机器人、数控加工设备、激光打标设备、视觉检测设备、自动装配设备、物料传输设备等教学型智能制造生产线的组成结构,分析了工作流程。这一教学型智能制造生产线具有良好的柔性,可以根据客户需求增减工作单元、调整零件类型、定制商标等,具有较高的实用价值。     

Stress-deformable state of isotropic double curved shell with internal cracks and a circular hole

This work is devoted to the stress–strain state of isotropic double curved shell with defect system. The construction is weakened by two non-through thickness (internal) cracks of different length and by a circular hole located between cracks. In this study we use the line-spring model. Within the framework of this model cracks are modeled as mathematical cuts of shell’s middle surface. This leads to a two-dimensional problem. The problem is reduced to a system of eight boundary integral equations. To ensure the uniqueness of solution an additional equation is added. In the numerical solution of the problem special quadrature formulas for singular integrals of Cauchy type and the finite difference method are applied. The influence of defects on each other for double curved shell has been investigated. The given theoretical results can be used for the calculation of structural elements with holes, cracks on the strength and fracture toughness in various branches of engineering.     

An interpretative structural modeling based network reconfiguration strategy for power systems

The network reconfiguration is an important stage of restoring a power system after a complete blackout or a local outage. Reasonable planning of the network reconfiguration procedure is essential for rapidly restoring the power system concerned. An approach for evaluating the importance of a line is first proposed based on the line contraction concept. Then, the interpretative structural modeling (ISM) is employed to analyze the relationship among the factors having impacts on the network reconfiguration. The security and speediness of restoring generating units are considered with priority, and a method is next proposed to select the generating unit to be restored by maximizing the restoration benefit with both the generation capacity of the restored generating unit and the importance of the line in the restoration path considered. Both the start-up sequence of generating units and the related restoration paths are optimized together in the proposed method, and in this way the shortcomings of separately solving these two issues in the existing methods are avoided. Finally, the New England 10-unit 39-bus power system and the Guangdong power system in South China are employed to demonstrate the basic features of the proposed method.     

面向消费类电子产品的自动化生产线成组技术

针对现代消费类电子产品快速更新换代的现状, 介绍了该类产品的自动化生产线成组技术,阐述了通过度量消费类电子产品相似性和派生性特征,对产线进行成组编码的原理,研究产线工位单元的建模方法,描述了建模内容,并通过有无装载板的产线结构,论述了产线成组编码集成的途径和方法.     

应用API 581对输气站场进行定量风险评价

目前专门针对输气站场的风险评价方法还不多，现有的手段也只是根据国家法律法规得出定性的评价结果，然后按照评价结果对照得出整改方案。为此，对输气站场的定量风险评价工作提出了一套新方法，得到了定量的和更加客观的风险排序，为管道站场的完整性管理工作提供了有力的支持；并以陕京输气管道榆林压气站为例，应用美国石油学会标准API 581（基于风险检测的基本源文件）对站内设施进行了风险评价，计算了站内设备和管线的失效后果、失效概率，得到了定量风险值，进而分析了风险值产生差异的原因。最后，针对我国输气管道风险评估工作提出了看法和建议。     

对万家寨引黄北干线引水规模的思考

在总结引黄南干线建设经验和面临的营运问题的基础上，文中提出在确定北干线设计规模时，重点要处理好供水区水资源供需平衡与调水工程规模的关系；外调水与当地水资源的关系；长远规划指标与近期实施规模的关系；以及高水价对用水需求的抑制作用，进行全面分析，综合比较。

A Linear Cross-Coupled Control System for High-Speed Machining

We present a linear cross-coupled controller to improve highspeed contouring accuracy independently of tracking accuracy in a biaxial machine tool feed drive servomechanism. Unlike conventional cross-coupled controllers, the cross-coupled controller presented here is a linear system, so it is very easy to perform the stability and steady-state error analysis, and to optimise the controller parameters. The proposed controller is evaluated experimentally on a CNC LOM machine and compared to an uncoupled controller and a conventional cross-coupled controller. Controller performance is evaluated for a circular contour at a feedrate of 30 m min _1 . The experimental results show that the proposed controller can greatly reduce the contour error at large feedrates. The linear cross-coupled controller is simple to implement and is practical.     

Distribution of properties from sampling inhomogeneous materials by line transects

A theory related to the statistics of the structure and properties of inhomogeneous materials has been proposed, dealing with the distribution of properties from sampling of inhomogeneous structures by line transects. It is demonstrated that the empirical cumulative distribution functions of the intercepts from the microstructural constituents and their variances are important fingerprints of the inhomogeneous structures.Simulated sampling of the images of the microstructure by line transects has been proposed as a powerful method for characterization the distribution of properties of inhomogeneous structures. One of the advantages of the method based on the expected values of the order statistics of the intercepts is that the probability bounds of the property are determined without prior knowledge of the functional relationship between the property and the intercepts from the structural constituents.The concept intercept variance has an important application in determining the minimum transect length that stabilizes the variation of the intercept at a low value. Additionally, the concept ‘intercept variance’ can be used for topological optimization of the microstructure regarding the risk of intercepting a large amount of the weaker constituent. Equations regarding the variance of the intercepted fraction characterizing transect lengths with a specified distribution have also been derived.
