抗裂合成纤维混凝土在尼尔基发电厂房工程中的应用

为了提高发电厂房水轮机混凝土蜗壳的抗裂、抗渗、抗冲击、抗震、抗冲耐磨性能，在尼尔基水利枢纽工程蜗壳混凝土的施工中掺加抗裂合成纤维，厂房项目部试验人员对蜗壳混凝土进行了掺加抗裂合成纤维（CTA Fiber）试验，试验结果及工程实际应用效果良好，提高了工程质量，支持了国家重点工程建设。     

专用集成电路CAT技术的进展

本文简单地回顾了提高VLSI测试效率所采用的一些手段,讨论了在ASIC测试问题研究中出现的一些新观点、新方法、新动向,以及所取得的成果。在此基础上,文章阐明了ASIC测试技术的发展方向,并着重论述了可望在未来得到发展的,针对ASIC的功能测试方法。

文章介绍法中两国合作开发的微电子电路计算机辅助教育系统中的两部分，重点陈述其中的辅助测试虚拟仪器和专用实验芯片，期望对电子测试领域的教育工作者和科技工作者有所启发。

为提高高职学生的技术应用能力，机械制造技术作为机械制造专业的主干课，应配合不同阶段，形式多样的实践教学。本对机械制造技术实践课程的实施作了一定程度的探索，提出了一些可行性建议。     

Effect of temperature on recombinant protein production using the Bm5/Bm5.NPV expression system

A series of experiments have been conducted using a recombinant baculovirus/insect cell expression system (Bm5/Bm5.NPV.CAT) to establish the optimum temperature for both cell growth and virus infection. Bm5 cell growth was found to be limited at temperatures below 22°C and ceased completely at temperatures above 34°C. In the range between 24 and 28°C, final cell densities always reached 96% of the highest achievable viable cell density. The shortest population doubling time was obtained at 28°C. Overall, a consistent increase in metabolism with increasing temperatures was observed. During the infection/viral replication phase, an increase in the temperature from 25 to 31°C resulted in a faster decrease in viable cell density and an earlier production of chloramphenicol acetyltransferase (CAT). Furthermore, protein yield at temperatures above 28°C was significantly reduced. Overall, the best temperature for the infection phase for the Bm5/Bm5.NPV expression system was found to be 25°C when the cells are cultured in serum free media.     

轰运飞机气动元件综合测试台的设计

本文较系统地介绍了测试台气动系统和CAT系统的设计。该测试台一方面功能齐全、可靠性高、操作方便，另一方面软件部分较为完善优越，运行速度较快，使得数据的采集、处理实现了计算机自动化，是航空气动元件比较理想的测试设备。     

Pearson x^2检验在计算机自适应化测验中的应用研究

计算机化自应用测验（CAT）使用项目反应理论（IRT）,通过观察被试在项目上的反应,将能力和项目参数的关系用数学模型表达出来。如何有效地估计被试的能力,是计算机化自适应测验的一个关键问题。本文首先论述了Berkson的最小化x^2方法,但使用该方法的前提是已知被试的能力,且运用了Pearson x^2检验的思想。接着指出该方法中存在的缺陷,进而提出了一种新的解决方案,该新方案可弥补Berkson的最小化x^2方法的不足之处,可以作为该方法的一个改进。本文的研究表明,新的方案比Berkson的最小化x^2方法具有更加科学的解释能力。     

Speech intelligibility measured with shortened versions of Callsign Acquisition Test (CAT)

The Callsign Acquisition Test (CAT) is a new speech intelligibility test developed by the Human Research and Engineering Directorate of the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL-HRED). CAT uses the phonetic alphabet and digit stimuli combined together to form 126 test items.

Objective

The purpose of this study was to assess the reliability of data collected with shorter versions of CAT.

Design

A total of 5 shorter versions of the original list (CAT-120, CAT-60, CAT-40, CAT-30, and CAT-24) were formed and evaluated using 19 participants. Each of the subsets of CAT was presented in pink noise at signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) of −6 dB and −9 dB.

Results

Results showed that shortened CAT lists have the capability of providing the same predictive power as the full CAT with good test-retest reliability.

Conclusions

Under the experimental conditions of this study, any of the shorter versions of the CAT can be utilized in place of the full version to reduce testing times with no effect on predictive power.

介绍一种基于CAT技术的视唱练耳训练系统的构思,提出一种新的视唱练耳训练方法的思路,对该CAT系统及其具体的操作思路做了阐述。     

基于IRT的二项分布MAMI模型及其参数估计

项目反应理论的一个很重要的应用是在计算机自适应考试(CAT),CAT可以较好地估计对考生能力水平,还可以大大缩短考试时间,有着良好的发展前景。为了更好地测量考生的能力,本文根据项目反应理论,在多尝试、单一项目反应模型的基础上,引入多尝试,多项目反应模型,并建议用MMLE/EM方法对此种模型进行参数估计。
