‘Let's Win this Game Together’: Children's Rights Violations,Macro‐Securitisation and the Transformative Potential of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil

Sport's transformative potential is known to support marginalised children, to deal with traumatic experiences and instil positive values; yet hosting mega sporting events (MSEs) can have negative impacts. Drawing on participatory research with favela‐based children during the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, this article argues that MSEs bring a macro‐securitisation of urban life, which causes considerable harm. This paper also suggests that the inclusion of children's voices in advocacy debates can challenge top‐down securitisation and might allow MSEs to foster further positive social transformation. Therefore, juxtaposed with causing harm, macro‐securitisations can open opportunities for children to take action and have their voices heard.

30年代是中国20世纪学发展中的重要转折时期，在其后相当长的历史时期内的学论争，学讨论乃至学批评中，都能发现30年代学论争中所形成的一系列特点的遗存，因此，本的探讨对加深理解30年代乃至整个20世纪学的发展均有着重要的意义。章分别从学论争的起因，论争中各方所关注的重心、论争各方的心态，对话的基本方式以及看问题的角度等等方面，论述了中国20世纪30年代一系列重要学论争的最基本的也是最显的特征，并进而分析了这些特征得以形成的30年代特殊的政治化语境的根源。     

Indigenismo and the Avant‐garde: Jorge Sanjinés' Early Films and the National Project

Jorge Sanjinés' 1960s films Revolución and Ukamau challenge the class and ethnic hierarchies of Bolivian society by casting the proletarian and indigenous masses as revolutionary liberators. The new national imaginary they evoke is tightly bound to the experimental cinematic techniques they employ, since their rejection of rationalist, realist aesthetics signals a partial undermining of the linear time of the modern nation. Ukamau both recalls and resists previous Bolivian indigenismo, which sought to co‐opt the Indian into a national mestizo consciousness. Its exoticist portrayal of the Indian ultimately limits its political effectiveness, but textual and contextual analyses show subversive Indian agency leaking through.     

泰国：20世纪二三十年代海外潮剧的中心

泰国潮剧源于中国。20世纪二三十年代,伴随着现代化的进程,泰国潮剧逐渐本土化,并对中国潮剧产生一定的影响,成为海外潮剧的中心,对潮剧艺术的发展做出了巨大的贡献。同时,潮剧在泰国与中国之间的地理位移意味着这一特殊戏曲艺术在整体格局中的边缘与中心地位的互换,其后隐藏着特定的社会背景和历史渊源,给予人们深刻而独特的文化启示。     

黄芪三仙汤通过海马神经肽Y调节细胞免疫功能的实验研究

目的:探讨黄芪三仙汤调节细胞免疫功能作用机制。方法:将24只雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组和治疗组。将1μlβ-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)1-40(10μg/μl)在立体定向仪下注入模型组和治疗组大鼠右侧Meynert核复制阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型,治疗组用黄芪三仙汤灌胃,于4周末观察各组海马区神经肽Y(NPY)、血浆中促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、血清中皮质酮(CORT)含量,胸腺指数,脾脏巨噬细胞数目的变化。结果:模型组大鼠海马组织中NPY的释放减少,血浆中ACTH和血清中CORT含量显著降低,脾脏巨噬细胞数目显著增加(P<0.01)。治疗组NPY的释放增加,血浆中ACTH和血清中CORT含量显著升高,脾脏巨噬细胞数目明显减少(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪三仙汤可以通过海马-NPY-垂体-肾上腺轴调节细胞免疫功能。     

USING EXTERNSHIPS TO INTRODUCE FAMILY LAW STUDENTS TO NEW PROFESSIONAL ROLES

Law schools are seeking ways to familiarize family law students with exciting new professional roles arising in connection with family court reform. This article describes the family law externship program at William Mitchell College of Law which includes a classroom component allowing students placed in different practice settings to compare and contrast their experiences. The program assists students in making career choices and enhances their ability to counsel future clients.     

如何建立健全国有独资公司的法人治理结构

国有独资公司在社会主义市场经济中具有重要作用,但现实运行中其治理结构存在着诸多问题。必须建立和完善以 国资委、董事会、监事会、总经理为中心的公司法人治理结构。设想是:通过增加不同利益主体,实现股权多元化;让利益相关者代 表参与董事会和监事会以实现共同治理;建立董事和监事资格认证制度;设计合理的董事会和监事会成员结构。

公民对行政执法的监督是社会监督的重要组成部分。目前,公民监督已取得了一定的成就.但公民监督的作用远 没有得到发挥。完善公民监督,应当加大普法宣传的力度,强化对公民监督的法律保障,完善公民监督的有效途 径,实行政务活动公开化,完善听证制度。

从关系范畴的意义上理解党风问题,党风存在问题的思想根源就是主观主义以及由主观主义引起的形式主义和官僚主义。从关系范畴的意义上去辩证分析主观主义、形式主义和官僚主义产生的深层次原因,主观主义、形式主义和官僚主义则是实践主体与实践客体失缺“共性”意义上的主客体相互作用的媒介体所致。因此,对党员干部实践活动的过程研究,有助于根除主观主义、形式主义和官僚主义,有助于从根本上解决党风存在的问题。
